Arizona Cardinals

  • OL Justin Pugh went down with an elbow injury and is questionable to return against the Los Angeles Rams.
  • WR A.j. Green suffered a kneww injury and will not return. This means that Greg Dortch and Andy Isabella will pick up the slack in the second half.

Baltimore Ravens

Buffalo Bills

  • QB Josh Allen went to the X-ray room following Buffalo’s heartbreaking loss to the Miami Dolphins. However, Allen said he was “fine” in his post-game interview.
  • CB Christian Benford hurt his hand was was unable to return to action.
  • T Spencer Brown was ruled out of the game with an illness.
  • WR Jake Kumerow who went down with an ankle injury also exited the game. This opened up more targets in the short-passing game for Isaiah McKenzie.

Carolina Panthers

  • CB Donte Jackson left the game with a neck injury and did not return in Carolina’s surprising victory over the New Orleans Saints.

Chicago Bears

  • RB David Montgomery went down with a significant knee and ankle injury which relegated him to the bench. Second-year RB Khalil Herbert spelled Montgomery’s absence and absolutely erupted for 169 yards from scrimmage and two trips to the end zone in Chicago’s 23-20 win over the Texans.
  • WR Byron Pringle went down with a calf injury in the first quarter and was unable to return.

Cincinnati Bengals

  • DT D.J. Reader suffered a left knee injury and was unable to return to Cincinnati’s game against the Jets.

Detroit Lions

  • S Tracey Walker left Detroit’s matchup with the Minnesota Vikings due to an ankle injury.

Green Bay Packers

  • CB Jaire Alexander was ruled out of the game after the first quarter against the Bucs after sustaining a groin injury.

Las Vegas Raiders

  • CB Nate Hobbs was forced into concussion protocol and Rock Ya-Sin left the game due to a knee injury and was unable to return against the Titans.

Los Angeles Chargers

  • DE Joey Bosa went down with a groin injury and was ruled out immediately against the Jaguars.
  • OT Rashawn Slater is dealing with a biceps injury and is questionable to return.

Miami Dolphins

  • QB Tua Tagovailoa showed some serious guys in Miami’s upset victory over the Buffalo Bills. After exiting the game with a back injury, he made his way back onto the field and led the Dolphins to fourth quarter win.
  • T Greg Little suffered a finger injury and was unable to return to game action.

Minnesota Vikings

  • RB Dalvin Cook exited the game in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury. The injury appears to be somewhat serious considering Cook dislocated his shoulder, according to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero. Cook has an unrepaired labral tear and was not wearing a harness, but the hope is that he can wear one and play next Sunday against the Saints, per Pelissero. If Cook is unable to suit up in Week 4, Alexander Mattison immediately becomes a must-start.

New England Patriots

  • QB Mac Jones left late in the Patriots’ loss to the Baltimore Ravens with an ankle injury. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport stated that Jones’ X-Rays were negative but that he will continue to be monitored as New England heads into Week 4.
  • DL Lawrence Guy was ruled out with a shoulder injury and unable to return.
  • DB Jalen Mills also left the game with a hamstring injury.

New Orleans Saints

  • OL Andrus Peat was forced into concussion protocol against the Carolina Panthers. This made it incredibly difficult for Jameis Winston to have any time in the pocket.
  • WR Jarvis Landry left with an ankle injury.
  • WR Michael Thomas also left and was unable to return with a foot injury. This left Chris Olave as Winston’s go-to target and it showed. Olave finished Week 3 with nine receptions for 147 yards. Olave could develop into the WR1 on this offense.

New York Jets

  • WR Garrett Wilson exited with a ribs injury but returned against the Bengals and had a serviceable outing in PPR formats. Still, the Jets lost pretty handily to Cincinnati.
  • OT George Fant exited the game early with a knee injury.
  • LB Quincy Williams was carted off the field with an ankle injury of his own. He could be looking at a very long-term absence.

Seattle Seahawks

  • RB Travis Homer is questionable to return against Atlanta.
