Best NFL Plays of the Week: Geno Smith Set for a Bounce Back Game

Last week's game against the Rams was an unmitigated disaster for both Smith and the Seahawks. They could not get the offense rolling and they seemed to be in general disarray for the entire game. One of the reasons for this is that both tackles left with injuries but at least one of them is expected to return in the game against Detroit. I think that Geno has a chance to beat the Lions' defense deep if he's willing to take a few big shots downfield.
Running Back
Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans
The Titans were not able to run the football effectively against the Saints but I think that changes this week against the Chargers who've always struggled at stopping the run. Miami was running the ball effectively in the first quarter but then they stopped running because the passing game was doing so well. I know the Titans don't want to start 0-2 and the best way for them to avoid this is to feed Henry about 25 times. If he gets 25 touches, I can't imagine that he doesn't get over 100 yards and a touchdown.
Wide Receiver
Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers
What I can tell you is that this 49ers offense is explosive and I think we completely underrated how good Brock Purdy really is. The Rams had a great first week against Seattle but I think they come back to life against the 49ers. I liked Deebo Samuel to score last week against Pittsburgh but Brandon Aiyuk stole the show. Samuel steals it in Week 2.
Tight End
Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers
Christian Watson looks to be out with a hamstring injury and Aaron Jones is a true game-time decision. Jordan Love looked for Musgrave a ton against Chicago and I think he will continue to do so against Atlanta in Week 2. Musgrave is most likely available in shallower leagues, but if he plays as well as I expect, he won’t be available for much longer.
