Saquon Barkley | Fantasy Outlook
A Brand New Under-Center System and Opening in Passing Volume Primed to Spark Massive Bounce-Back Season
Coming off a self-admitted down year, Barkley is primed for a major bounce-back in a new offensive system that features more runs from under center. He is the unquestioned lead back in Philadelphia, pacing a depth chart that includes Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley.
Following the trade of star receiver A.J. Brown, the Eagles' offense will need to rely heavily on other playmakers. Barkley could see an expanded receiving role, adding upside to our projection of 39 receptions and 305 yards through the air.
His ADP peaked near 10 in late May but has recently settled around 15.5. In PPR formats, this minor slide in draft cost turns him into a supreme value target rather than an over-hyped reach, as we project him to finish with 257.2 fantasy points.
