2023 NFL Free Agency: Nelson Agholor, D.J. Chark Find New Destinations!
Nelson Agholor Signs With Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens have signed former New England Patriots receiver Nelson Agholor to a one-year, $3.25 million contract with bonuses. The 29-year-old has spent the past two seasons with the Patriots. In 2022, he played 16 games, catching 31 passes for 362 yards and two touchdowns.
Drafted 20th overall by the Eagles in 2015, Agholor played his first five NFL campaigns with Philadelphia. He won the Super Bowl in 2018 and then played for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2020.
In 118 NFL games spanning eight seasons, Agholor has 340 catches for 4,246 yards and 31 touchdowns.
Fantasy Outlook of Agholor Signing
Agholor will definitely work hard in the off season to instantly become the long ball threat he once was. If he is able to regain his form, he will be an enticing weapon for Lamar Jackson, as Jackson is known to get the ball in the hands of playmakers in stride. If Agholor can regain his form from his playing days as a Raider, this is a deal that could pay off in a huge manner for the Ravens. Look out for Agholor and Jackson to work on their chemistry all pre-season long so that they can be a dominant duo once the season begins.

D.J. Chark Signs With Panthers
The Carolina Panthers have continued to revamp their receiving squad by signing DJ Chark for the upcoming season. Chark, 26, spent last season with the Detroit Lions after four years with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who drafted him 61st overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. In 11 games last season, Chark recorded 30 receptions for 502 yards and three touchdowns. Chark joins Adam Thielen, who signed a three-year contract with the Panthers last week. Over his career, he has 177 receptions for 2,544 yards and 18 touchdowns in 54 games.
Fantasy Outlook Of Chark Signing
If Chark is able to stay healthy on the field look for him to break out and post an even more impressive stat line than his 30 catches for 502 yards and 3 touchdowns. Chark has all the tools that coaches dream of in a receiver, making him and Adam Thielen a powerful combination in the wide receiver's room for the quarterback they intend to draft with the first overall pick. With Thielen lining up in the slot, Chark will most likely get the duty to take the top off the defense with his long strides and great set of hands in making breathtaking game-changing plays.

Marquez Callaway Signs With Broncos
Wide receiver Marquez Callaway has decided to join the Denver Broncos for next season. Last season, Callaway had career highs with 46 receptions, 698 yards and six touchdowns with the New Orleans Saints. On the bright side of things, Callaway will be reunited with new Broncos head coach Sean Payton, who coached him with the Saints.
Fantasy Outlook Of Callaway Signing
Callaway joins the Broncos after putting up a solid season in New Orleans. By reuniting with head coach Sean Payton he will be able to play to his strengths. That appears to be the case, as due to Payton’s familiarity with him, he will be able to carve out a game plan for him that would focus mainly on speed. You can expect Callaway to line up in the slot in certain packages, as the Broncos will be without speedy K.J. Hamler for four to six months with a chest injury. More importantly, expect Callaway’s fantasy value to increase should Jerry Jeudy or Courtland Sutton get traded.
