The NFL still has over a month left to play, but fantasy football leagues are entering the playoffs. In some ways, fewer of you may be paying attention now than earlier in the season, unless you are in a Dynasty league and scouting for next season. But unlike other sports, where you can target a prospect, realistically, you’re more interested in your draft slot and focused on college bowl games.

Fantasy Football Snap & Target Report Week 13

Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Target Leaders

But for those of you still in the running for your league championship, these numbers will surely be of interest to you. This past week, there were only 11 receivers who had double-digit targets. And of those 11, only one has been targeted 10 or more times in consecutive weeks: Michael Pittman.

Pittman may have been targeted 16 times this week, but that was second to CeeDee Lamb, who was targeted a whopping 17 times. He caught 12 passes for 116 yards and a TD. For the season, he’s tied with Stefon Diggs for fifth in the league with 121 targets. He’s third with 90 receptions and second in receiving yards with 1,182. He has the perfect QB in Dak Prescott getting him the ball, and he’s becoming part of that short list of best WRs in the game, definitely in the top tier.

Pittman may not be part of that top tier, but he has been so consistent for the Colts. Pittman’s last three weeks have seen him rack up 12, 13, and 16 targets. His catch percentage is a tad lower than some of his contemporaries at only 69% this year, but he’s tied for second in targets with 127, second in snaps with 799, and fourth in catches with 87. What is holding him back from being in that top tier is his yardage and TDs. He’s only 14th in receiving yards and has only caught four TDs.

Travis Kelce Fantasy Football Targets

An alarming trend is developing in Kansas City. For the last three weeks, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend has been out of sorts … maybe the pressure of being America’s top boytoy is getting to him. For the last three weeks, Travis Kelce's targets have dipped from nine, to seven, to five. Among TEs, he’s still second in targets, to T.J. Hockenson, 108 to 93, and catches, 80 to 74. He still does lead all TEs with 813 receiving yards, but his performances as of late have been rather pedestrian by his standards.

Fantasy Football Running Back Touch Leaders

There were 16 RBs who had 20 or more touches this week. Of them, only three have had 20 or more touches in two or more weeks: Kyren Williams, Isiah Pacheco, and Christian McCaffrey.

Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams: Williams is back to full strength. He was third among RBs on Sunday with 60 snaps and touched the ball 24 times. He had 21 rushes for 88 yards and a TD.

Isaiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs: Pacheco is used more judiciously by the Chiefs. In 47 snaps, he touched the ball 44.7% of the time he was on the field, which is right on pace with his average this season. He rushed the ball 18 times for 110 yards and a TD.

Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: This report wouldn’t be complete without McCaffrey listed somewhere. By his standards, it was a fairly pedestrian week. He’s had over 20 touches each of the past four weeks. On Sunday he played 52 snaps and rushed the ball 17 times for 93 yards and a TD.

Those three RBs have all done it for multiple consecutive weeks, but none scored two TDs. Of the 16 backs who had 20+ touches, none caught a TD pass, but six of the 16 rushed for two TDs. And four of these six touched the ball over 50% of the time they were on the field.

Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers: Hubbard has shown glimpses at times, and Sunday was one of them. In 47 snaps, he had 25 touches, all rushes. He gained 104 yards with two TDs. For the season he has 722 total yards and a realistic chance of gaining over 1,000 for the season.

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals: Like Hubbard, Mixon touched the ball 25 times. He was on the field for 52 plays and gained 117 total yards with two TDs. When Joe Burrow went down, I projected that Mixon’s production would increase, and it has. He’s up to sixth among RBs in touches and snaps.

James Conner, Arizona Cardinals: Conner’s numbers were almost identical to Mixon’s. He had exactly the same amount of touches and was on the field exactly the same as Mixon. And similar to Hubbard, all of his 25 touches were rushes. He outgained Mixon by a yard, 105 to 104, with two TDs.

Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans: Henry is called King for multiple reasons. One of them is his snap percentage. On Sunday, he touched the ball a crazy 64.7% of the time he was on the field. Of his 22 touches, 21 were rushes, for 102 yards and two TDs. For the season, he has touched the ball 54.9% of the time he’s been on the field.

De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins: Achane also touched the ball more than 50% of the time he was on the field, which is incredible on a team with so many weapons. In 20 touches, he rushed the ball 17 times with 73 rushing yards. It is worth noting that the majority of his touches came after the Dolphins were up big, but he still scored two touchdowns yet again.

Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints: Kamara is one of the best two-way RBs in the game. On 39 snaps, he touched the ball 20 times with only 14 rushes. He rushed for 51 yards and two TDs, adding six catches for 58 yards.
