The Sunday slate of week 15 NFL games is nearly here, and the FantasySP start/sit tool is full of trending decisions that need to be resolved.

Let’s dive into some of the more popular players and help you make a final decision.

Quarterback Debate

Green Bay Packers’ Jordan Love, Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott and Arizona Cardinals’ Kyler Murray are the quarterbacks appearing in the most trending decisions at the quarterback position.

Love had a down showing in week 14, but has been pretty solid over the past month. Last week was the first time since early November that Love hasn’t topped 250 passing yards and two touchdowns.

He’s got a really favorable matchup ahead against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay’s defense allows opposing quarterbacks to score 19 fantasy points per week.

Prescott has been fantastic this season and has been on an absolute tear of late.

The Cowboys’ QB has at least two touchdown passes in seven straight games. Prescott has topped 250 passing yards in all but one of those games. He’s only tossed two interceptions in that span.

He’s got a bit of a tougher game ahead in week 15 against the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo allows 15 fantasy points per week to opposing QBs.

Murray has been pretty solid since returning to the field.

Last week was his worst showing, and he still threw for 145 yards and a touchdown without an interception. In his other three games, Murray has at least 200 passing yards. He’s yet to throw for multiple touchdowns in a game, and has just three TDs to two interceptions so far.

Murray offers some extra fantasy points as a runner. He’s already scored three rushing touchdowns, and had 20 or more rushing yards in three of his four games.

Murray has a tough test this week against the San Francisco 49ers. San Fran’s defense only allows 13 fantasy points per week.

Love is part of trending decisions with Chicago Bears’ Justin Fields, Los Angeles Rams’ Matthew Stafford and Washington Commanders’ Sam Howell. Prescott is part of decisions with Stafford, 49ers’ Brock Purdy, Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson, Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen and Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes. Murray is in trending decisions with Miami Dolphins’ Tua Tagovailoa, Jacksonville Jaguars’ Trevor Lawrence and Tennessee Titans’ Will Levis.

In other words, just about every quarterback that hasn’t played yet this week is now part of this discussion. Let’s break it all down.

When we are talking about the fantasy playoffs, I trust the best quarterbacks over trying to go with the best available matchups. We’re talking about some of the best QBs in the game, and it’s unlikely you have too many of the top options anyways. Here’s how I’d rank all these quarterbacks.

I like Purdy the best in his clash with the Cardinals. Give me Jackson next against the Jaguars, before Stafford against the Commanders. I like Prescott next against the Bills, and then Allen against the Cowboys.

Give me Love in his matchup with the Buccaneers next. I’d finally take Mahomes here against the New England Patriots.

Howell is my next choice - he matches up with the Rams. I’d then take Levis against the Texans before Lawrence against the Ravens. I’d wrap things up with Murray against the 49ers, Tagovailoa against the New York Jets and Fields against the Cleveland Browns.

Running Back Debate

Green Bay’s Aaron Jones, Washington’s Antonio Gibson and New England’s Ezekiel Elliott are the popular running backs in the start/sit tool.

Jones is expected to return after missing several weeks with an injury. It comes at a good time, as AJ Dillon is not expected to play.

Jones has played in seven games this season. He’s averaging 3.7 yards per carry and has scored twice on the ground. He’s also caught 19-of-30 targets for 169 yards and a score.

Jones’ matchup with the Buccaneers is a tough one, as the Bucs’ defense allows just 19 fantasy points per week. I expect Jones to be the No. 1 back, but I do think Patrick Taylor and Kenyan Drake get a handful of snaps and touches each.

Gibson will start for Washington with Brian Robinson out with a hamstring injury.

Gibson has 23 touches over the past two weeks. For the season, Gibson is averaging 4.2 yards per carry, but hasn’t scored on the ground - he’s caught 37-of-44 passes for 322 yards and two scores.

Robinson will be going up against a Rams’ defense that allows just 18 fantasy points per week.

Elliott will be starting again for the injured Rhamondre Stevenson. Elliott went for 68 rushing yards on 22 attempts last week, while adding 72 receiving yards and a score on seven grabs and eight targets.

The Pats play the Chiefs this week. Kansas City’s defense is allowing 20 fantasy points to opposing backs per week.

Jones is part of trending decisions with Arizona’s James Conner, Baltimore’s Keaton Mitchell, Carolina’s Chuba Hubbard and Gibson. The Commanders’ back is also up against Cleveland Browns’ Jerome Ford, Seattle Seahawks’ Kenneth Walker and Conner. Elliott’s decisions add Jets’ Breece Hall, Dolphins’ Raheem Mostert, Cowboys’ Tony Pollard and Bills’ James Cook to the mix.

I pay a touch more attention to the matchups for running backs, but most importantly am looking for guys who will be getting the most touches. Here’s how I see things this week.

I like Mostert most against the Jets - De’Von Achane and Tyreek Hill being banged up definitely plays a big part in this. I’d then go Elliott against the Chiefs, followed by Ford against the Bears.

Give me Mitchell against the Jaguars next, followed by Pollard against the Bills and Gibson against the Rams. I then like Conner against the Niners and Hall against the Dolphins.

To wrap things up, I’d take Jones against the Bucs, Cook against the Cowboys, Walker against the Philadelphia Eagles and Hubbard against the Atlanta Falcons.

Best of luck in week 15!
