November 14 Fantasy Basketball Streamers: Spencer Dinwiddie, Naji Marshall, Jordan Clarkson and More
Looking at the one NBA game on Thursday's schedule.
There’s only one game on the NBA schedule today: Dallas Mavericks @ Utah Jazz. Tomorrow is another day of the NBA Cup group play, so teams are off today in anticipation of games that supposedly “matter more” (though they really don’t).
Let’s look at the two teams in action on Thursday and who might be available as fantasy options. I try not to list injured players, but always check actives/inactives to ensure everyone in your lineup is playing. Stats are from NBA.com.
Dallas Mavericks (5-6)
Coming off a finals appearance last season, the Mavs have been a little sluggish in their start, currently sitting outside the play-in. It’s a long season, though, and Dallas has about 70 more games to show what they can do.
Matchup
Utah plays at the seventh-fastest pace and has the fourth-worst defensive rating. The Jazz are a team we target every time they play; the Dallas streamers are all worth considering.

Utah Jazz (2-8)
Utah was expected to be a bottom-feeder, and sure enough, here they are feeding at the bottom of the Western Conference. The Jazz are accumulating talent, but they’re still probably a few seasons from really coming together.
Matchup
Dallas plays fast (12th in pace), but they also have the 10th-best defensive rating. The Mavs aren’t a team to usually target, and streamers should be used sparingly if you have game limits.
