Top Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Hitters Going into April: Tyler Soderstrom, Otto Lopez, Lars Nootbaar, Kristian Campbell, Maikel Garcia and More

Looking at the top performances on March 31 from waiver wire hitters and then looking at the most-added waiver options.

Royals 11, Brewers 1

Maikel Garcia, Jonathan India, Michael Massey, Mark Canha and Hunter Renfroe all scored over two fantasy points for Kansas City.

Garcia hit a solo homer, walked twice, drove in two runs and scored twice. India had three hits, two RBIs and two runs scored, while Massey added a double among his two hits, an RBI, two runs scored and a strikeout.

Canha doubled, walked and scored two runs. Renfroe drove in two runs on a hit and a walk.

Isaac Collins was the only Brewer over two fantasy points. He doubled and scored a run.

White Sox 9, Twins 0

Michael A. Taylor, Andrew Benintendi, Andrew Vaughn, Miguel Vargas and Luis Robert Jr. all had over two fantasy points for Chicago.

Taylor hit a two-run homer among his two hits, stole a base and scored another run. Benintendi hit a three-run homer, while Vaughn had another three-run shot, but also struck out once.

Vargas had a hit, two walks, two runs scored and a strikeout. Robert added a sac fly, walk, RBI and run scored.

Ryan Jeffers was the top Minnesota fantasy hitter. He had a hit and two walks.

Orioles 8, Red Sox 5

Tyler O'Neill, Cedric Mullins and Ryan Mountcastle all had over two fantasy points for Baltimore.

O'Neill doubled among his four knocks, drove in a run and scored twice. Mullins had a double among his two hits and four RBIs, while Mountcastle added two hits, a walk, an RBI and two runs scored.

Romy Gonzalez, Kristian Campbell and Rob Refsnyder helped lead Boston at the plate.

Gonzalez doubled among his two hits, drove in a run, scored twice and struck out once. Campbell had a hit, two walks and runs scored and a strikeout. Refsnyder posted two hits, a stolen base, a run scored, but also struck out once too.

Phillies 6, Rockies 1

Max Kepler, Nick Castellanos and Edmundo Sosa helped lead Philly at the plate.

Kepler doubled and hit a solo homer among his three knocks. Castellanos hit a solo homer among his two hits, while Sosa had two doubles, two RBIs and a run scored.

Hunter Goodman and Brenton Doyle led Colorado. Goodman had a solo homer and strikeout, while Doyle posted three hits and walked once.

Mets 10, Marlins 4

Luis Torrens, Brandon Nimmo, Starling Marte, Mark Vientos and Jose Siri all had over two fantasy points for New York.

Torrens had a two-run homer among his two knocks, while Nimmo added a two-run shot of his own. Marte hit a solo homer, scored another run and struck out twice.

Vientos had a double, walk, run scored and strikeout. Siri posted a double, RBI and run scored, while also striking out once.

Otto Lopez and Eric Wagaman powered Miami at the plate. Lopez had a solo homer among his three hits, drove in a second run and also struck out. Wagaman hit a solo homer among his two knocks, added a second RBI and also struck out twice.

Reds 14, Rangers 3

Matt McLain, TJ Friedl, Gavin Lux, Spencer Steer and Jake Fraley helped power Cincy at the plate.

McLain hit a two-run homer among his two hits - he drove in three runs total, walked once, scored four times and struck out once. Friedl had two hits, a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored.

Lux doubled, walked and drove in a run. Steer drove in two runs on a hit, while Fraley had a hit, RBI and run scored.

Jake Burger and Kevin Pillar led the Rangers. Burger hit a two-run blast, but also struck out once. Pillar doubled and scored a run.

Rays 6, Pirates 1

Jake Mangum, Jose Caballero, Jonathan Aranda and Kameron Misner led Tampa Bay at the plate. 

Mangum doubled among his four hits, drove in two runs, stole two bases and scored once. Caballero had a double, two walks, an RBI and a strikeout.

Aranda doubled among his two hits, walked once, scored a run and struck out once. Misner doubled, drove in a run, scored once and was a strikeout victim.

Endy Rodriguez was the only Pirate over two fantasy points. He had a double and a run scored.

Blue Jays 5, Nationals 2

Andres Gimenez, Alejandro Kirk and Alan Roden helped power Toronto.

Gimenez had a double and solo homer, walked once, stole a base and scored three runs. Kirk had a double among his two hits, drove in a run and scored once, while Roden added a double and scored once.

James Wood and CJ Abrams led the Nats at the plate. Wood and Abrams hit a solo homer each, while Wood added a second hit and also walked. Abrams also struck out once.

Angels 5, Cardinals 4 (10 inn.)

Kyren Paris and Luis Rengifo led Los Angeles at the plate. Paris had a triple, two walks, a stolen base, an RBI and two runs scored, while Rengifo added a walk and two runs scored.

Lars Nootbaar, Brendan Donovan, Victor Scott II and Nolan Arenado were the top St. Louis fantasy hitters.

Nootbaar hit a solo homer among his two knocks, walked twice, scored a second run and struck out once. Donovan hit a solo homer, while Scott had a double among his two hits, a walk, an RBI and a sac fly. Arenado had a hit, RBI and walk.

Giants 7, Astros 2

Wilmer Flores, Jung Hoo Lee, Matt Chapman and Mike Yastrzemski helped lead San Fran.

Flores hit a three-run homer among his two hits and finished with four RBIs total. Lee had a double, walk and two runs scored, while Chapman added a hit, two walks and RBIs, a stolen base and punched out twice. Yastrzemski had two hits, a stolen base and a run scored. 

Isaac Paredes was the top Houston fantasy hitter. He had a double, two RBIs and a walk.

Padres 7, Guardians 2

Gavin Sheets, Jason Heyward and Jake Cronenworth were among the top San Diego fantasy hitters.

Sheets doubled twice, walked once, drove in four runs and scored twice. Heyward had a double, a walk and two RBIs, while Cronenworth added two walks and two runs scored.

Austin Hedges and Carlos Santana helped lead Cleveland. Hedges hit a solo homer, walked and struck out. Santana doubled among his two knocks.

Tigers 9, Mariners 6

Colt Keith, Dillon Dingler, Justyn-Henry Malloy, Javier Baez, Kerry Carpenter, Trey Sweeney and Riley Greene all had over two fantasy points for Detroit.

Keith doubled among his two hits, walked twice and scored two runs. Dingler drove in two runs on three hits, while scoring twice.

Malloy doubled among his two hits, drove in a run, walked and scored twice and struck out once. Baez had a double among his three hits and drove in two runs.

Carpenter doubled among his two hits and drove in two runs. Sweeney singled three times, drove in a run and scored once, while Greene hit a solo homer, but struck out twice.

Luke Raley, Randy Arozarena and J.P. Crawford had three or more fantasy points for Seattle.

Raley hit a solo homer and walked twice, while Arozarena had a solo homer and double, a walk and two punchouts. Crawford walked twice and went on to score a run.

Cubs 18, Athletics 3

Carson Kelly, Dansby Swanson, Michael Busch, Nico Hoerner, Matt Shaw, Pete Crow-Armstrong and Seiya Suzuki all had over two fantasy points for Chicago.

Kelly hit for the cycle - he had a solo homer, five RBIs total, three runs scored and also walked twice. Swanson hit a solo homer among his two hits - he had three RBIs, a walk and two runs scored total.

Busch hit a two-run homer among his three hits - he had four RBIs and two runs scored total. Hoerner drove in a run on three hits and a walk, while also scoring twice.

Shaw had a hit, two walks and two runs scored, while Crow-Armstrong finished with a double among his two hits, a walk, an RBI and run scored and a strikeout. Suzuki drove in a run on two hits (including a double) and a walk - he also scored once and struck out three times.

Jacob Wilson and Miguel Andujar led the Athletics. Wilson hit a solo homer and drove in two runs total. Andujar had two hits, a walk and a run scored.

Dodgers 6, Braves 1

Enrique Hernandez helped lead LA to another win. He had a solo homer.

Michael Harris II led Atlanta in its first game without Jurickson Profar, who was suspended 80 games. Harris had a solo homer among his two hits, but also struck out twice.

Top Waiver Wire Hitters

Athletics' Tyler Soderstrom leads the way at the time of publication. He's up 10.85%.

Miami's Lopez is up another 8.13%, while Cleveland's Kyle Manzardo got a 7.68% boost. St. Louis' Nootbaar was added in 7.13% of leagues.

Boston's Wilyer Abreu is up 4.94% today. Campbell got a 4.92% boost. 

Pittsburgh's Isiah Kiner-Falefa was added in 4.85% of leagues. St, Louis' Scott got a 4.78% bump., while Washington's Keibert Ruiz is up 4.35%.

Kansas City's Garcia is up 3.71%. Baltimore's Mullins was added in 2.86% of leagues.
