Fantasy Football Injury Report Week 12: The Latest on Derek Carr, Dameon Pierce, Justin Jefferson, Cooper Kupp and More

Week 12 is almost here and there are a ton of questions surrounding a bunch of big-named players who are dealing with injuries. Here are all the latest updates on the fantasy players who may or may not be active this week.

Mark Morales-Smith Nov 25th 10:01 AM EST.

Week 12 Injury Report

Quarterbacks

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints (Concussion)

Carr has cleared the concussion protocol and has been removed from the injury report. He is fully expected to return this week following the team's Week 11 bye week. Oddly enough, the biggest beneficiary of this news is probably Alvin Kamara.

Will Levis, Tennessee Titans (Foot/Ankle)

Levis was able to finish the week off with a full practice and is expected to start for the Titans in Week 12.

Bryce Young, Carolina Panthers (Thigh)

Despite popping up on the injury report with a thigh injury, Young was able to practice in full all week and will be out there on Sunday.

Running Backs

Dameon Pierce, Houston Texans (Ankle)

Pierce is listed as questionable for Week 12, but all signs point to him returning from his multi-week absence this week after logging a week of full practices. His return makes both he and Devin Singletary very risky fantasy options.

D'Onta Foreman, Chicago Bears (Ankle)

Foreman is listed as questionable and has only managed to get in one limited practice this week. It looks like he could end up being a game-time decision. The Bears play on Monday Night Football, so hopefully we get some more definitive news this weekend. If Foreman does play it makes all three Bears' backs nearly unstartable. Khalil Herbert would be the next man up should he sit this one out.

Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams (Ankle)

Williams has been removed from the injury report and will return off of injured reserve this week. Usually, we don't report on players with no injury designation, but because of the length of his absence, we felt it was worth mentioning. All the other backs in Los Angeles can safely be benched with Williams back.

Emari Demercado, Arizona Cardinals (Toe)

Demercado is listed as questionable and could be a game-time decision in Week 12. He has been sidelined since Week 9 and still seems very questionable for this week. It remains to be seen if he has retained any fantasy relevance with James Conner back in action.

Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints (Ankle)

The rookie has once again been ruled out this week. His rookie campaign is looking like a lost season after struggling with injury after injury.

Wide Receivers

Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens

After giving us all a scare with a DNP on Thursday, Flowers returned to a full practice on Friday and made it clear to the media that he fully expects to play this week. Many believe he will see an increased role with Mark Andrews now out for the year and we are one of the many.

Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams (Ankle)

Despite spraining his ankle last week, it does look like Kupp will be out there on Sunday which puts a bit of a damper on Puka Nacua's upside this week.

Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings (Hamstring)

There is a chance that Jefferson returns from injured reserve this week. He says he feels good and his status sounds legitimately up in the air. However, with a bye looming for the Vikings in Week 13, the team could play it safe and give him two more weeks of recovery. The issue here is that he plays on Monday Night Football this week, so tough decisions may have to be made by fantasy owners on Sunday morning.

Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (Hamstring)

Higgins has once again been ruled out for Week 12 with a hamstring injury. This should give Although there hasn't been any substantial news, there have been some rumblings that the team could just shut him down for the rest of the season if things don't get better in a hurry down in Cin City.

Marquise Brown, Arizona Cardinals (Heel)

After logging a DNP on both Thursday and Friday, Brown looks like he is in real danger of sitting this one out. The team is yet to rule him out though.

Noah Brown, Houston Texans (Knee)

Brown looks to be on the wrong side of questionable again this week and it looks more likely than not that he will not be out there on Sunday.

Jalen Guyton, Los Angeles Chargers (Groin)

Guyton is listed as questionable this week with a groin injury. However, it appears that he is trending in the right decision to make his return to action this week.

DeVante Parker, New England Patriots (Concussion)

Parker still has yet to clear the concussion protocol. Fantasy owners shouldn't be starting Parker anyway, nevertheless, his absence could open up more opportunities for Pop Douglas.

Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars (Knee)

Jones is listed as questionable this week with a lingering knee injury that has impacted him all season. Still, after returning last week we'd expect him to be out there again this week unless there was some sort of setback that hasn't been reported.

Darius Slayton, New York Giants (Neck)

Slayton is listed as doubtful with a neck injury for Week 12.

Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans (Concussion)

Burks has once again been ruled out with a concussion that he suffered in Week 9.

Odell Beckham Jr, Baltimore Ravens (Shoulder)

Beckham says that he will game-time decision this week. This isn't 2018 so you shouldn't be starting him or even rostering him anyway.

Tight Ends

Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles (Arm)

Goedert will miss at least one more game with an arm injury.

Gerald Everett, Los Angeles Chargers (Chest)

Everett was able to finish the week off with a full practice and is expected to return to action this week.

Hayden Hurst, Carolina Panthers (Concussion)

Hurst failed to clear the concussion protocol and will not play in Week 12.
