Week 17 Fantasy Football Injury Report: Trevor Lawrence, Josh Jacobs, Jaylen Waddle and More

Week 17 is almost here and there are a ton of questions surrounding a bunch of big-named players who are dealing with injuries. Here are all the latest updates on the fantasy players who may or may not be active this week.

Mark Morales-Smith Dec 30th 8:52 AM EST.

Week 16 Injury Report

Quarterbacks

Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (Shoulder)

Lawrence has been ruled out for Week 17 with a shoulder injury. C.J. Beathard will get the start for Jacksonville. Beathard is not a fantasy option and he is a downgrade for the entire offense.

C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans (Concussion)

Stroud has cleared the concussion protocol and is expected to return this week.

Will Levis, Tennessee Titans (Ankle)

Levis is expected to return this week from an ankle injury. He brings both a higher ceiling and lower floor for his weapons compared to Ryan Tannehill. Levis is probably an upgrade for Hopkins and a downgrade for Chigoziem Okonkwo.

Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals (Illness)

Murray is officially listed as questionable for Week 17 but is expected to play. His status should still be monitored up until game time.

Jacoby Brissett, Washington Commanders (Hamstring)

Brissett suffered a hamstring injury in practice Thursday and is now listed as questionable. This could be a very volatile situation and needs to be monitored. He was going to start before the injury. It is now possible that Sam Howell could be back under center.

Running Backs

Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders (Quad)

Jacobs is officially listed as doubtful for Week 17 and is now expected to miss another game. Zamir White is in line for another high-volume game.

Kenneth Walker, Seattle Seahawks (Shoulder/Illness)

Walker is officially questionable for Week 17. This is a situation that will have to be monitored up until game time. We expect him to give it a go, but he's not a lock to suit up.

Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints (Illness)

Kamara is expected to play this week but is listed as questionable with an illness. If he was to miss this week, Jamaal Williams would be next in line for touches.

Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs (Concussion)

Pacheco returned to practice on Friday but still needs to clear the concussion protocol. He is far from a lock to play. Clyde Edwards-Hellaire is also questionable due to an illness but is expected to be ready to go on Sunday.

Zack Moss, Indianapolis Colts (Forearm)

Moss has once again been ruled out for Week 17. This leaves almost all the running back touches to Jonathan Taylor

Brian Robinson, Washington Commanders (Hamstring)

Robinson is listed as questionable and is looking like a game-time call for Week 17. Chris Rodriguez has landed on injured reserve so if Robinson is out you can fire up Antonio Gibson

Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers (Hamstring)

Hubbard is questionable for Week 17. If he is not able to give it a go then Miles Sanders is the next man up for Carolina.

Wide Receivers

Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals (Shoulder)

Chase is listed as questionable with a shoulder injury. He looks like a true coin flip this week and will likely come down to a game-time decision.

Michael Pittman, Indianapolis Colts (Concussion)

Pittman has cleared the concussion protocol and is expected to play in Week 17. For real this time though. Not like last week.

Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins (Ankle)

Waddle has been ruled out for Week 17 with a high-ankle sprain. It's not clear who will be the biggest beneficiary of his absence - Cedrick Wilson is the most popular choice.

Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams (Hip)

Nacua has been playing through this injury and is expected to do the same this week despite a questionable tag.

DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (Back)

Metcalf is listed as questionable but is expected to play this week. He reportedly got a little banged up in practice.

Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens (Calf)

This is a bit of a strange one. It didn't seem serious then he wasn't able to practice on Wednesday or Thursday. He's now listed as questionable after getting in a limited practice on Friday.

Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos (Concussion)

Sutton has been ruled out for Week 17 with a concussion.

Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (Heel)

Allen has been ruled out once again for Week 17 and his season is probably over.

Marquise Brown, Arizona Cardinals (Heel)

Brown has been placed on injured reserve ending his season.

Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers (Hamstring)

Watson is listed as doubtful for Week 17 and will miss yet another game due to a hamstring injury. Rookie Dontayvion Wicks is also listed as questionable with an ankle injury and looks like he's on the wrong side of questionable. This would open up a ton of targets for Jayden Reed, who has been removed from the injury report and will play this week.

Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings (Ankle)

Addison looks to be on the wrong side of questionable for Week 17, but there does seem to be more optimism now than there was at the beginning of the week.

Tight Ends

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (Knee)

Henry was forced from the game last week and is now questionable for Week 17. He looks like he will be a true game-time decision.

Cole Kmet, Chicago Bears (Knee)

Kmet managed to get on the field for the first time this week on Friday. However, he is still expected to be a game-time decision.
