There are just three games left in the NFL season! For this late into the year, all four of the teams playing in the Conference Championship are surprisingly healthy. However, when you think about it, it’s not too surprising that players are pushing to be active with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. Still, there are some lingering questions heading into today’s games — let’s break down all of the most important fantasy football injury situations.

Commanders Conference Championship Injury Report

Is Olamide Zaccheaus Playing Today?

Zaccheaus, who has seen his role expand in the Commanders’ offense since Noah Brown was played on season-ending IR, suffered a groin injury in Washington’s win over the Lions last week. He was then listed as limited with a hip injury on both Wednesday and Thursday, but he returned to a full practice on Friday and is off the injury report for today’s game. Zaccheaus being healthy is a downgrade to Dyami Brown’s outlook, and the veteran himself is also a viable play.

Is Zach Ertz Playing Today?

Ertz did not practice on Wednesday with a ribs/rest designation, but it soon became clear that "rest" was doing the heavy lifting. The veteran TE returned to a full practice on both Thursday and Friday and is good to go. For fantasy purposes, Ertz is a very solid option against his former team.

Eagles Conference Championship Injury Report

Is Jalen Hurts Playing Today?

Hurts is dealing with a knee injury, but it was never really in doubt whether he would play in this one. With that said, he will be wearing a knee brace and may have limited mobility. Expect the Eagles to lean on Saquon Barkley as much as possible, and give Hurts and his pass-catchers a slight downgrade in your fantasy projections.

Is Dallas Goedert Playing Today?

Goedert was probably the most legitimately questionable of the players we’ve covered so far, as he missed both Wednesday and Thursday’s practices with an ankle injury. However, he also returned to a full practice on Friday and is good to go. He will compete with Ertz to be the second-best TE play on this slate behind Travis Kelce.

Is A.J. Brown Playing Today?

Brown was limited in practice on Wednesday with a triple knee/rest/illness designation, but he returned to full practices on Thursday and Friday. The star receiver should be considered 100% for today’s matchup … hopefully he can have his first productive game of the playoffs.

Chiefs Conference Championship Injury Report

For the second straight week, the Chiefs have no real injuries to report on in their quest to win a third straight Super Bowl title. And this isn't just for fantasy purposes: They don’t have a single player, offense or defense, listed with an injury status heading into this rematch with the Bills.

Bills Conference Championship Injury Report

Incredibly, the Bills’ skill-position players are all also healthy heading into this all-important matchup. However, unlike the Chiefs, Buffalo does have plenty of injuries between their O-line and the defensive side of the ball: Safety Taylor Rapp has already been ruled out, cornerback Christian Benford and linebacker Baylon Specter are questionable, and multiple other players either missed practice or posted limited practices during the week. But for our fantasy purposes, all of the usual suspects in Buffalo’s offense should be good to go.
