JuJu Smith-Schuster, New England Patriots | OVER 20.5 receiving yards (FantasySP projects 30)
I just love a good revenge narrative and I believe that JuJu is going to want play at a very high level this week against his old team. I think he's still sore that they let him go to New England and this feels like a prop that can be won with two catches.
The way I see this game shaping up is that Jacksonville can't stop anybody on defense so Baltimore is going to put up yards and I can see a lot of late game garbage time. I don't think Washington is a particularly great player, but I do think that he's going to have a lot of opportunities. With Trevor Lawrence likely dropping back at least 36 to 40 times, I envision Washington getting at least three receptions and going over in this prop.
Justin Watson, Kansas City Chiefs | OVER 15.5 rushing and receiving yards (FantasySP projects 23)
The trick to picking out the right players in Kansas City is to identify which is the random player who's going to make a couple of big catches for Mahomes in critical situations. Watson should be that player as he's out there for a lot of snaps and he is probably the second most reliable target on the team. 15.5 rushing and receiving yards doesn't feel like too much to ask for and if this game opens up just even a little bit I think he may even beat this prop in the first half.
Beckham is playing at a really high level and I think he is helping Baltimore to a potential first-round BYE in the AFC. I don't think he's ever going to be a player who puts up 120 yards and two touchdowns anymore but he's certainly good for about 40 to 50 yards and a touchdown. Jacksonville 's pass defense has been a sieve all season long and Beckham should thrive in this matchup.
