Fantasy Football Week 4 Injury Report: Jordan Love, Alvin Kamara, Diontae Johnson, Trey McBride and More
These are all the injuries you need to be up to date on for Week 4.
Quarterbacks
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers (Knee)
Love is still being listed as questionable for Week 4 and looks to be a true game-time decision. After practicing on a limited basis throughout the week, a return this week is much more realistic than it ever was last week. Malik Willis has earned another start if Love can't go.
Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers (Ankle)
After being forced from the game last week trying to play through a high-ankle sprain, Herbert is again attempting to play through the same injury. If he is able to get on the field, we do not expect things to go any better this week. He is considered questionable.
Running Backs
Joe Mixon, Houston Texans (Ankle)
With Dameon Pierce already once again ruled out with a hamstring injury, Mixon is officially listed as questionable for Week 4. This is a situation you will have to monitor up until game time. If he doesn't play, Cam Akers will get another start with a great matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins (Chest)
Mostert is considered questionable for Monday Night Football this week. This was also the case last week. Hopefully, we know more in the next day or two.
Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints (Hip/Ribs)
Kamara popped up on the injury report and was listed with a DNP mid-week. However, after logging a practice on both Thursday and Friday, he looks like he'll be good to go this week.
Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Hamstring)
Irving has been listed on the injury report with a hamstring injury and is considered questionable for Week 4. He says he's good to go, but hamstrings can be tricky. Monitor this situation closely if you are relying on either him or Rachaad White this week.
Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers (Knee)
Warren has been ruled out for Week 4 with a knee injury. His absence will lead to an increased role for both Najee Harris and Cordarrelle Patterson.
Wide Receivers
A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles (Hamstring)
Somewhat surprisingly, Brown has not been ruled out for Week 4 and is considered questionable to play.
DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (Concussion)
Smith has been ruled out with a concussion for Week 4. If Brown isn't able to play, the offense will be extremely short-handed on the outside.
Deebo Samuel Sr., San Francisco 49ers (Calf)
Samuel did return to practice late in the week, giving him a chance to return this week. However, he is far from a lock to suit up at this point.
Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders (Hamstring)
In a surprise turn of events, Adams popped up on the injury report mid-week and was then subsequently ruled out for Week 4.
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints (Hamstring)
Olave reportedly tweaked his hamstring during practice late in the week and is currently considered day-to-day. His status for Week 4 should be considered very murky.
Tank Dell, Houston Texans (Chest)
Dell has been ruled out for Week 4. This should make the Texans' pass-catchers a bit more predictable this week due to the consolidation of targets with Dell sidelined.
Keenan Allen, Chicago Bears (Heel)
Allen practiced for the first time this week since suffering a heel injury in the season opener. He is considered questionable to play this week and will likely end up being a true game-time decision.
Diontae Johnson, Carolina Panthers (Groin)
Johnson missed practice this week due to a groin injury and is now officially listed as questionable. He insists that he is fine and only decided not to practice due to field conditions and will be good to go on Sunday.
Tight Ends
George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers (Hamstring)
Kittle was able to log multiple consecutive practices to finish the week and looks like he's in line to return in Week 4 after a one-game absence.
Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals (Concussion)
McBride remains in the concussion protocol and has been ruled out for Week 4.
Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions (Ankle)
LaPorta appears to be on the right side of questionable for Week 4 after spraining his ankle last week. We wouldn't call him a lock to play, but he's more likely to play than not.
Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars (Hamstring)
Engram has once again been ruled out due to a lingering hamstring injury he suffered in pregame before Week 2.
David Njoku, Cleveland Browns (Ankle)
Njoku will miss another week because of a high-ankle sprain. He did make some progress this week, so his return should be getting closer.
