Dynasty Players Rebuilding Owners Should Consider Moving - AFC North Edition | Derrick Henry, Najee Harris, Joe Burrow, Deshaun Watson and More
Identifying some dynasty players who should maybe be moved by rebuilding teams.
We started a series last week where we looked at dynasty fantasy football players that rebuilding teams should consider moving.
We covered the NFC North in the first story, and will cover the AFC North here.

Baltimore Ravens
We’ll kick things off with a bang and say Derrick Henry should be moved by dynasty owners in a rebuild.
Henry is off to a fantastic start this season, and could break some single-season records by the end of it. He’s also 30 years old and eventually going to hit a wall.
If your dynasty team’s rebuild is going to be a couple seasons long, Henry is unlikely to be nearly this kind of fantasy asset by the time you want to start competing. So why not trade one of the best fantasy backs when his value is sky high?
Make sure you are getting multiple assets in return, preferably some early rookie draft picks, or a promising young back already in the league. I’d try to make the Henry trade this season, as his value isn’t likely going to go up as he ages.
Mark Andrews is the only other offensive player who really makes sense to move, and he doesn’t have much trade value left anyways.
He has performed a bit better over the past couple weeks, and that might be enough for a contending team to take a flier on him. You won’t get a massive return for Andrews, but you might as well try to get a little something for him.
Pittsburgh Steelers
There’s a few more trade options on the Steelers to consider trading. None are super valuable though.
Najee Harris seems like a good sell high candidate. He’s had a good season to this point, but might be headed toward a committee with Jaylen Warren again soon.
Harris has never really been the fantasy player dynasty owners hoped he’d become, but he’s still been a solid option over the years. He’s done some good things this season, but it also could be one of his last seasons with a really big offensive role. Instead of hoping he lands in a good situation in the future, move Harris while he has a defined role and can add some value to a contending team.
Warren is also 26 years old, and could be another trade piece. He won’t net you the return that Harris should, but why not just rid yourself of the entire Steelers’ backfield, as it seems more likely that a RB not named Harris or Warren is leading the team in a couple seasons.
Russell Wilson and Justin Fields are also trade options, but their values are wacky right now.
Fields helped the team to a 4-2 record so far this season, but it appears Wilson is destined to take over as the starter, maybe as early as this week. Fields is still just 25, so maybe someone would take him on. You could pick up a future asset or two and then not have to worry about him anymore.
Wilson is not a great dynasty player at 35 years old, but in deeper dynasties, sometimes every quarterback is taken. The dynasty owners who had Fields, Gardner Minshew or Derek Carr would be the ones to target.
Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati doesn’t have many trade options for rebuilding dynasty owners.
Joe Burrow is just 28 years old, but if you are in a deep enough rebuild, trading Burrow right now might make a lot of sense.
He’s got several good fantasy seasons ahead, so make sure you are getting a good haul in return for him. I’d prefer to add some future rookie picks, or acquire some young QBs, RBs, WRs or TEs.
Zack Moss is the other obvious choice in my eyes. He’s 27 years old and looks to be close to losing his No. 1 RB role (if he hasn’t already).
Moss won’t net you a big return, but you might be able to get a little something for him before his trade value dries up. Trading him to the owner who has Chase Brown makes a lot of sense, especially if that’s a contending fantasy team.
Cleveland Browns
There’s not many good trade options on the Cleveland roster after the trade of Amari Cooper.
Deshaun Watson is a player to trade, but he has almost no trade value at this point. Maybe a really desperate contending team in a deeper dynasty would add him just as a backup. It’d probably only mean a late rookie draft pick in return, but that’s better than nothing.
Nick Chubb is another one who could qualify for this story, but not having played yet, his trade value isn’t great right now. I’d wait until he plays a couple games and see if he can gain a little value before trying to deal him.
