November 10 Fantasy Hockey Goalie Matchup Rankings: Elvis Merzlikins, Jacob Markstrom, Lukas Dostal and More
Sunday's goalie matchup rankings by the measure of opponent shots per game and goals per game.
We have just three games on the NHL schedule today, leaving a dearth of fantasy goalie options. In a 12-team league, only half of the teams at most will have an active player in the goalie spot. There are almost always free agent options, though, and that’s what we’re here to do is look at goalie matchups and who might be in line for a successful day.
Let’s go through Sunday’s goalie matchups by the measure of opponent shots per game and goals per game rankings. Those stats were compared to give each team a matchup rating; a positive number means the team shoots more and scores less goals, creating more quality save opportunities.
I listed every healthy goalie who has started a game for each team, but always check starters before game time to ensure you have the right guy in your lineup. All stats are from NHL.com.
