Christian McCaffrey is ridiculous. His eight-yard TD run that put the 49ers ahead 21-3 had no business being a touchdown. He started left and ran into a wall before slipping through a small crease on a cutback and then plowing through a pair of defenders to find the end zone. McCaffrey has a lot of great plays as a 49er, but that was one of his most individually brilliant

The 49ers offense cruised on their first drive Thursday night. They went 71 yards on nine plays, capped with a sweet design by head coach Kyle Shanahan that led to a Deebo Samuel touchdown run.

The 49ers will be without one of their starting offensive lineman for the fifth consecutive week. Starting right guard Spencer Burford is inactive for San Francisco’s Thanksgiving showdown with the Seattle Seahawks.

Burford is working through a knee injury that cropped up in the lead up to Week 12. Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated if the game was Sunday that Burford would be able to play, so for now the expectation is he’ll be in the lineup for Week 13 at Philadelphia
The 49ers activated cornerback Samuel Womack from injured reserve, making him available for tonight's game against the Seahawks.

Hopefully this isn’t the only highlight we’ll get to share today. For the second straight year the 49ers have the league’s top scoring defense (15.7 points allowed per game) and Geno Smith is expected to play through a triceps injury tonight. The Seahawks are averaging 21.6 points per game, which ranks right in the middle of the pack (No. 16) in the NFL this season

The San Francisco 49ers have completely outclassed the Seahawks through two quarters, as Seattle appears unable to keep up with the NFC West leaders. San Francisco leads the Seahawks in all major categories:

Seattle overhauled its defense this offseason, bringing back Bobby Wagner and adding Devon Witherspoon and Dre'Mont Jones. But will it pay off?
The Seahawks just announced three roster moves that will impact tonight’s game against the 49ers. First, they have placed rookie safety Jerrick Reed II on the injured reserve list. He suffered a torn ACL last week and will miss the rest of the season. Taking his place on the roster will be cornerback Coby Bryant, who’s been activated from IR. Additionally, the team has elevated third-string quarterback Brett Rypien from the practice squad.
