Toe injury
#Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (questionable, toe) is a true game-time decision and will warm up on the field before the game to help determine availability. (Jeremy Fowler on X)
FF Today's Take: Gibson was limited in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. If he's able to play, he will put a damper on the outlook for Brian Robinson Jr. who posted a 17-73-0, 7-58-0 line last week with Gibson out. We will know Gibson's true status around 3 pm Eastern.

Can the Washington Commanders pull off the upset? Washington is a massive underdog for its Thanksgiving Day showdown with the Dallas Cowboys.
The Commanders head to AT&T Stadium as 13.5-point underdogs. The Cowboys are undefeated at home this season, while the Commanders are coming off a horrendous 31-19 home loss to the New York Giants. Dallas beat New York by 32 the week before.
Can Sam Howell bounce back with another strong performance? Can Washington’s defense limit the big play?
Commanders Wire makes our picks for Thursday’s Thanksgiving matchup
Chris Paul’s return to Phoenix ended in the second quarter on Wednesday night after the 12-time All-Star was ejected by his old nemesis: referee Scott Foster.
Washington’s abbreviated week of practice is over as the Commanders traveled to Dallas for their Week 12 Thanksgiving Day showdown with the Cowboys.
Washington looks to rebound from last week’s ugly loss to the New York Giants, while Dallas hopes to remain undefeated at AT&T Stadium.
Each team released its final injury reports on Wednesday, and the Commanders will be without three players, including rookie cornerback Emmanuel Forbes.
Forbes injured his elbow in Sunday’s game, and while he did return, the short week likely impacted his availability to play on Thanksgiving
Detroit's Jahmyr Gibbs and Washinton's Brian Robinson are among the best anytime touchdown bets for Thanksgiving Day.
Immediately after defeating the Washington Commanders, 31-19, at FedEx Field in Week 11, New York Giants cornerback Deonte Banks went viral.
But it wasn’t a big play or a monster hit that made Banks go viral. Rather, it was an expletive-laden postgame video the rookie had shared from the locker room in which he attacked the Commanders for passing on him in the 2023 NFL draft.
Banks also took aim at Commanders’ superstar wide receiver Terry McLaurin.
“Coulda came and got me at 16, and they didn’t. Now I’m 2-0 against you bum (expletive) boys,” Banks said in the video. “(Expletive) the Commanders. They think they slick. They finna see me two times a year until the end of my career. Two times a year. Shoulda came and got me
Never say it can’t get any worse. After Sunday’s 31-19 loss to the New York Giants, it felt like a new rock bottom for the Washington Commanders. But ask any Washington fan and they’ll tell you there have many been “rock bottoms” over the years.
On Thursday, another new low for the Commanders as they were embarrassed by the Cowboys, 45-10 on Thanksgiving Day.
The game was close through three quarters, with Dallas leading 20-10 until the Cowboys kicked a field goal with over 13 minutes remaining. Unfortunately, Washington’s offense couldn’t convert in short-yardage situation, which quickly gave the ball back to the Cowboys, and Dak Prescott made them pay
DaRon Bland is having himself a very good week. On the heels of tying an NFL record, he’s now been honored with a league award. Now he’ll look to keep his hot streak going Thursday versus Washington before what promises to be a huge TV audience. Read on for a full preview of this year’s Thanksgiving Day matchup, from the practice squadder who could make his Cowboys debut filling in for a big-hitting safety to Dolly Parton’s big donation just before her halftime show, and why sleeping at home may be the real key to the Cowboys’ current streak at AT&T Stadium
Dak Prescott and his right guard, Zack Martin, feasted on a turkey leg together on the sideline with six minutes left in the game after the star quarterback's fourth touchdown pass.
The Cowboys’ offense has been in an incredible groove since they emerged from their bye week. They’ve been in an incredible groove at home since the start of the 2022 season. They’ve been in an incredible groove at home against the Washington franchise sine 2017. Put it all together and guess how this game is starting?
Quarterback Dak Prescott threw his second touchdown of the first half, finding wideout Brandin Cooks on a deep bomb over the middle where he broke two defenders to roam free.
Cookin' on turkey day!
CeeDee Lamb scored his sixth touchdown of the season and a two-point conversion, celebrarting with a dunk of the football in the Salvation Army kettle.
Stephon Gilmore and rookie kicker Brandon Aubrey are both lifelong Cowboys fans who will make their Thanksgiving debuts
The Cowboys are down a linebacker after placing veteran Leighton Vander Esch on injured reserve Oct. 16 with a season-ending neck injury.
