Twins 13, Diamondbacks 6

David Festa made his MLB debut and got the win after working the first five innings for Minnesota. He allowed five runs on seven hits and a walk, while striking out a pair.

Jordan Montgomery was rocked, allowing eight runs (four earned) on nine hits and a walk over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out just one batter and now has a 6.03 earned run average for the season.

Cubs 5, Giants 3 (10 inn.)

Shota Imanaga pitched the first six innings for Chicago, surrendering three runs on five hits and two walks. He struck out three and has a 3.07 ERA for the season.

Hector Neris got the win after pitching a scoreless ninth inning. Porter Hodge tossed a scoreless 10th inning to claim his first save.

Jordan Hicks started and struck out seven over five innings for San Francisco. He allowed three runs on five hits and two walks and now has a 3.36 ERA.

Luke Jackson took the loss after allowing a two-run homer in the 10th frame.

White Sox 1, Braves 0

Five Chicago pitchers combined for the shutout. Chad Kuhl started and tossed three scoreless innings, with three strikeouts along the way.

Jared Shuster got the win after striking out two in three scoreless innings. John Brebbia earned a hold before Michael Kopech claimed his sixth save.

Chris Sale took the tough loss and fell to 10-3 on the season. He gave up a run on four hits and one walk over seven innings. Sale struck out 11 and has a 2.79 ERA for the season.

Marlins 7, Phillies 4

Trevor Rogers started for Miami, allowing three runs on six hits and four walks over six innings. He struck out four along the way.

Anthony Bender pitched next and was charged with a blown save, but got the win after Miami pulled ahead. A.J. Puk earned a hold before Tanner Scott got his 11th save.

Zack Wheeler started and gave up two runs on seven hits and two walks over 6 2/3 innings for Philadelphia. He struck out five along the way.

Matt Strahm pitched next and blew the save after allowing two runs. Jeff Hoffman also allowed two runs and was tagged with the loss.

Orioles 11, Rangers 2

Corbin Burnes moved to 9-3 after striking out five over seven innings. He allowed a run on nine hits and no walks. Burnes has a 2.28 ERA for the season.

Jon Gray was tagged with the loss after surrendering eight runs on nine hits and a walk over five frames. He struck out one batter.

Blue Jays 9, Yankees 2

Jose Berrios improved to 7-6 after punching out eight over seven innings for Toronto. He allowed two runs on two hits and three walks and now has a 3.38 ERA.

Carlos Rodon fell to 9-5 after allowing eight runs on 10 hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out eight batters.

Reds 11, Cardinals 4

Andrew Abbott got the win for Cincinnati after starting and pitching five innings. He allowed two runs on two hits and six walks, while striking out two. Abbott has a 3.41 ERA this season.

Miles Mikolas fell to 6-7 after allowing 10 runs (nine earned) on 12 hits and a walk over 4 1/3 innings. He struck out one.

Royals 2, Guardians 1

Michael Wacha started for Kansas City, allowing a run on seven hits and two walks over 5 1/3 innings. He struck out six.

Sam Long got the next five outs and picked up the win. John Schreiber earned a hold before James McArthur claimed his 14th save.

Ben Lively took the loss for Cleveland, giving up two runs on six hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out five and still has a strong 3.03 ERA this season.

Angels 5, Tigers 0

Davis Daniel worked eight scoreless innings in his season debut for Los Angeles. He allowed four hits, while striking out eight and walking none.

Jack Flaherty took the loss, allowing five runs on seven hits and a walk over 5 2/3 innings. Flaherty struck out seven.
