We’ll continue recapping what we saw in week 11 with some snap and usage reports

Here, we’ll look at wide receivers and tight ends. Check back soon for the backfield breakdown.

Most-Targeted Pass Catchers

Rookie tight end Brock Bowers led the NFL with 16 targets in week 11. He had 13 grabs for 126 yards and a touchdown. The Las Vegas TE had 13 targets in the previous two games, so while this was an outlier game, he’s remained pretty involved most of this season. He’s the best fantasy TE in PPR leagues this season and needs to be starting every week he’s on the field.

Cincinnati’s Ja'Marr Chase followed up his monster week 10 showing with another good one in week 11. He had 75 yards and two scores on seven grabs and 13 targets. Even with Tee Higgins back in the lineup, Chase remained heavily involved, and Chase needs to be started in every league for the remainder of the season.

Speaking of Higgins, he had 148 yards and a score on nine grabs and 13 targets this week. There was no easing him back into action, and he showed why he’s a good/great fantasy option every week. There might be some start/sit questions for Higgins when he faces a tough defense, but I’d lean toward starting him just about every time.

Dallas’ CeeDee Lamb had 12 targets in week 11. He turned those into eight catches and 93 yards, but was kept out of the end zone. Lamb has 22 targets in Cooper Rush’s two starts, but Lamb’s fantasy ceiling is quite a bit lower because the Cowboys’ offense can’t score often. I’m definitely in favor of selling high with Lamb.

Buffalo’s Khalil Shakir had 70 yards on eight catches and 12 targets in week 11. It wasn’t a monster yardage day for Shakir, but he delivered a good fantasy score, especially in PPR leagues. He’s got at least seven targets in each of the past four games, and should remain a good starting option for the remainder of the season, even when the Bills’ wideout corps is healthier.

Pittsburgh’s George Pickens also got 12 targets this week, turning those into eight grabs and 89 yards. He’s seen his targets increase in each of the past three weeks, a sign that maybe he and Russell Wilson are forming a good connection. I’d keep starting Pickens pretty confidently, regardless of his defensive matchups.

Cleveland’s Jerry Jeudy, Seattle’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Detroit’s Amon-Ra St. Brown and San Francisco’s Jauan Jennings all had 11 targets this week.

Jeudy had 142 yards and a score on six grabs. He has 11 targets in back-to-back games, and at least eight in all three of Jameis Winston’s starts. He’s a player who I think is here to stay, and is an underrated weekly starting option.

Smith-Njigba had 110 yards on his 10 catches. He’s gotten 24 targets over the past two games and looks to be the No. 2 option in the passing game behind DK Metcalf. There’s weeks JSN is going to outproduce Metcalf though.

St. Brown had 161 yards and two scores on 11 receptions. His game logs are all over the place with yardage, but with nine scores on the season, ARSB is a great weekly fantasy option. Keep confidently starting him.

Jennings had 91 yards and a score on 10 grabs in week 11. He has 11 targets in each of his first two games back from injury. George Kittle didn’t play this week, but he did in week 10, so don’t worry too much about Jennings being able to consistently deliver inside the Niners’ offense.

Los Angeles Rams’ Cooper Kupp had 10 targets, while Puka Nacua had nine. Chicago’s Rome Odunze and Dallas’ Luke Schoonmaker had 10 targets each.

Kupp and Nacua are two must-start fantasy players, and delivered again in week 11. Kupp had 106 yards and two scores on six grabs, while Nacua had 123 yards and a touchdown on seven receptions. Both should continue to deliver monster numbers the remainder of the season.

Odunze had just 65 yards on his six grabs. It was a positive step for the rookie wideout, and with at least six targets in four straight, he might actually be the best fantasy option among the Chicago pass catchers.

Schoonmaker stepped up after Jake Ferguson left early with a concussion. He had 56 yards on six grabs. Every pass catcher outside Lamb in the Cowboys’ offense is a risky option, but if Ferguson is out, Schoonmaker is a sneaky fantasy starting option for week 12, and maybe beyond.

Snap Counts

Despite having a down game, New York Jets’ Garrett Wilson played 100% of the offensive snaps. That’s part of the reason why I’m not too worried about Wilson and think he should remain in fantasy starting lineups.

Atlanta’s Ray-Ray McCloud played in 98% of the team’s offensive snaps. He had 46 yards on six receptions and targets. He’s a sneaky good fantasy option in standard leagues, but a really good option for those of you in deeper leagues.

New England’s Kayshon Boutte was on the field for 96% of the team’s offensive snaps. He had just 33 yards on four catches and six targets. There’s no real No. 1 wideout in New England, so definitely keep an eye on Boutte.

Las Vegas’ Tre Tucker was on the field for 89% of his team’s snaps. He only had 28 yards on three catches and four targets though. Bowers is going to continue to lead the Raiders’ pass catchers, but Tucker is right there as a possible second-best option. Tucker is still just a deep-league option for the time being.

Jakobi Meyers is another pass-catching option for the Raiders, and played 88% of the snaps. He had 28 yards on four grabs and six targets this week, and has 24 targets to 13 for Tucker over the past three weeks. That makes Meyers a standard league option, but a safer player in deeper leagues.

With Kittle out in week 11, Eric Saubert led all tight ends by playing 97% of the team’s snaps. He had a seven-yard reception on his lone catch and target though, so he’s not a fantasy option even in the deepest of leagues if Kittle remains sidelined.

Chicago’s Cole Kmet was also on the field for 97% of his team’s snaps. He had 42 yards on three catches and targets. Kmet has four or less targets in four straight games, so his high snap counts aren’t making him a very appealing fantasy option either.

Bowers was on the field for 95% of the team’s snaps, which is yet another reason to really like him as a fantasy option.

Green Bay’s Tucker Kraft played 93% of his team’s snaps, while Jets’ Tyler Conklin was at 92%

Kraft didn’t catch his only target, and has just 10 targets across his past three games combined. He’s still going to be rostered and played in a bunch of leagues at a weaker TE fantasy position, especially with a ton of bye weeks coming up, but he’s a very risky fantasy play right now.

Conklin had a seven-yard catch across two targets this past week. He’s been at two targets in three straight games. So like Kraft, his high snap count totals aren’t leading to fantasy results, but at least being on the field makes them usable fantasy options with so many other TEs on byes.
