November 3 Fantasy Hockey Teams to Stream: Troy Terry, Alex Vlasic, Jordan Eberle and More
Four NHL teams with good matchups on Sunday and the players on those teams most involved in the action.
We’re past Halloween and into the beginning of the Thanksgiving vibes. Before you know it, you’re going to be smack dab in the middle of the holiday season. That’s the good and the bad of hockey and basketball starting: we get more action, but it also means entering winter.
Shifting to hockey, let’s look at four teams with good matchups on Sunday and the players on those teams who are most involved in the action. I try not to list injured players, but always check actives/inactives before game time to ensure everyone in your lineup is playing.
All stats are from NHL.com.
New York Islanders @ New York Rangers
How do you handle this one? The Rangers rank fourth in shots per game allowed but dead last in goals per game allowed. Shots are cool, but goals would be better. On a light day for streamers, though, we’ll target the home team in this one.

Chicago Blackhawks @ Anaheim Ducks
We’ll target both teams in this one, though both are closer to middling than great matchups. The Blackhawks rank ninth in shots per game allowed and 13th in goals per game allowed.
The Ducks are first and 27th, respectively, showing the same profile as the Rangers: They give up shots, but they don’t give up goals. It will have to be good enough on a lighter day.
