Explosive Lead Back Regains Confidence After Injury and Offers Major Draft-Day Value

Quinshon Judkins is entering his second season as the lead back in Cleveland's offense, firmly sitting atop the depth chart ahead of Dylan Sampson and Raheim Sanders. After suffering a severe, season-ending dislocated ankle and fractured fibula last year, recent practice reports indicate Judkins has fully regained his signature explosiveness and confidence.

Our models are highly optimistic about his recovery and workload, projecting Judkins for 261 rush attempts, 1,059 rushing yards, and eight touchdowns, alongside 29 receptions out of the backfield. That volume would easily eclipse his rookie campaign, where he gritted out 246 carries but was limited to a modest 3.6 yards per carry.

Currently being drafted around an ADP of 53, Judkins' market price has fluctuated, rising to 42 in late May before settling into a more affordable mid-round range. At this cost, fantasy managers are getting an absolute steal in 1.0 PPR formats. With an ownership rate of 83% but start rates sitting around 43%, the public remains slightly cautious, making him a prime target to outplay his draft cost as a locked-in RB2 with RB1 upside.
