The third week of the NFL again ends on Monday with two offerings. The 2-0 Philadelphia Eagles are visiting Tampa Bay to play the 2-0 Buccaneers, and the 1-1 Los Angeles Rams head to Cincinnati to face the winless Bengals.

Best Philadelphia Eagles Bets Monday Night Football Week 3
DeVonta Smith leads all WRs in snap percentage, having been on the field for 99.3% of the Eagles' offensive snaps. A.J. Brown is sixth, with a 93.7% snap rate. The main difference between the two is that Smith has two TDs while Brown hasn’t caught one yet. The thing about good QBs, (and Jalen Hurts is), is that they know how to distribute the ball to keep everyone happy.
Smith (15) and Brown (16) have been targeted basically the same, with the only difference being Brown hasn’t found the end zone. That is not lost on him or Hurts, and that will change Monday night.
Brown will get his first touchdown on the year … the odds for that are +140. If you want to get frisky, Brown is +1000 to score two TDs.
The O/U for Jalen Hurts' passing yards is 235.5. This is a pedestrian number for Hurts, with -113 odds to the over, and he should eclipse this figure. And the odds for him throwing over one TD are -128. I can see him putting up at least two TDs in this game (maybe both to Brown).
Best Tampa Bay Buccaneers Bets Monday Night Football Week 3
There’s a very real possibility the Bucs are playing catch-up for much of this game, which will force QB Baker Mayfield to throw the ball often. The passing yards line for him is 226.5. It’s worth risking -113 that he goes over that figure.
His main target is Mike Evans. Evans' O/U is 56.5 receiving yards, and the odds are also -113. If you like one of these bets, you’ll probably like both of them. Instead of risking money on two -113 bets, you may want to do a two-bet, same -ame parlay. If you combine these two overs, the odds are +171.
Best Cincinnati Bengals Bets Monday Night Football Week 3
This is truly a must-win game for the 0-2 Bengals, and their offense is in complete disarray. All of a sudden, the other three teams in the AFC North are all 2-1, and a loss by Cincy will put them two games behind all three teams, with a head-to-head division loss to the Ravens.
At this point, it’s a game-time decision whether QB Joe Burrow plays. Instead of wondering and risking bets on any of his receivers, take a peek at their main ground threat, Joe Mixon. He’s 12th among RBs in snap percentage at 70.7%, yet he hasn’t scored a TD yet. The odds he scores a TD at some point in this game are -120. He scored 20 TDs in the last two seasons; he’s due to find the end zone in this game.
Best Los Angeles Bets Monday Night Football Week 3
The triumvirate of Rams WRs are all near the top of the league in snaps. Van Jefferson is second, TuTu Atwell is third, and Puka Nacua is sixth, yet none of them have scored a TD yet. Nacua has an oblique injury but is expected to play. He has the most receptions thus far this year, but this injury will slow him down. Look for both Jefferson and Atwell to get more targets in this game, with at least one of them finding the end zone.
Atwell is +240 to score an anytime TD, and Jefferson is +360. If you bet $100 on each of them and at least one of them gets a TD, you’ll win a small amount … if Atwell scores, you’ll net $40; if Jefferson does, you’ll net $160. But if you bet them both, and they each do, you’ll win $600.
