All the key injuries you need to know about for Week 6.

Quarterbacks

Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts (Oblique)

Richardson is trending towards returning this week after sitting out this week. His return is a downgrade from Joe Flacco for Josh Downs and any other pass-catcher on the Colts.

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints (Oblique)

Carr has been ruled out for Week 6 and is expected to miss multiple weeks. Spencer Rattler is expected to start in his absence. This is likely a significant downgrade for the pass-catchers, particularly Rashid Shaheed, who has a great connection with Carr and has been great this season.

Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets (Knee)

Rodgers is listed as questionable with a knee injury as of now, but is fully expected to play. Odds are he'll be removed from the injury report, but hasn't been yet because the Jets play on Monday Night Football this week.

Will Levis, Tennessee Titans (Shoulder)

Levis is set to return after suffering a shoulder injury prior to his bye week. This is good news for both the Titans' pass-catchers and the Colts' defense.

Running Backs

Joe Mixon, Houston Texans (Ankle)

Mixon was able to get two limited practices in to finish the week and is once again questionable for Week 6. There is a good chance he's a game-time decision. However, Dameon Pierce is set to return and would be in line to start if Mixon can't go.

Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts (Ankle)

Taylor has been ruled out due to his ankle injury. Trey Sermon will get another start, with Tyler Goodson mixing in on passing downs.

Brian Robinson, Washington Commanders (Knee)

Robinson is considered a game-time decision for Week 6, and even if active, could be limited. Austin Ekeler should be set for an increased role one way or the other.

James Cook, Buffalo Bills (Foot/Toe)

Things still have time to change because the Bills play on Monday, but as of Friday, Cook has been unable to practice and sounds very questionable. You may have to pivot to someone playing on Sunday if we don't have clarity by then.

Rachaad White, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Foot)

White is listed as doubtful and not expected to play this week. Bucky Irving should get bell-cow touches and have a shot at a massive breakout game. This injury could ultimately cost White his starting job.

Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots (Foot)

Stevenson has been ruled out for Week 6 and Antonio Gibson will get the start in his place. JaMycal Hasty should also see a significant role.

Chase Brown, Cincinnati Bengals (Quad)

Both Brown and Zack Moss (foot) are expected to play through minor injuries this week. Brown's sounded a bit more serious and quads are more prone to re-aggravation.

Devin Singletary, New York Giants (Groin)

Groins are tricky and Singletary sounds like he is truly questionable for Week 6. Tyrone Tracy would get another start if he can't go.

Zamir White, Las Vegas Raiders (Groin)

White is trending towards being a game-time call this week, but likely lost his starting job regardless of his health.

Gus Edwards, Los Angeles Chargers (Ankle)

Edwards has been ruled out for this week's game, leaving the backfield for J.K. Dobbins to get a huge workload. We could also get our first look at rookie Kimani Vidal this week.

Audric Estime, Denver Broncos (Ankle)

Estime is questionable to return this week after a stint on IR. Javonte Williams has been playing a little bit better as of late, but the starting job is still there for the taking in Denver.

Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints (Hamstring)

Miller has a shot to make his season debut this week and he could have significant fantasy implications once he's a full go. At this point in their careers, Miller is probably a better runner than both Alvin Kamara and Jamaal Williams. He just has to stay healthy.

Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers (Knee)

Warren is officially listed as questionable this week, but it sounds like he'll be inactive again. Cordarrelle Patterson has also been ruled out. Najee Harris should see a ton of volume.

Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns (Knee)

As expected, Chubb will not make his return this week and has been ruled out.

Wide Receivers

Malik Nabers, New York Giants (Concussion)

Nabers has been ruled out with a concussion for the second straight week.

Michael Pittman, Indianapolis Colts (Back)

Pittman was originally said to be set to miss multiple weeks and even a potential IR candidate due to a back injury. Now they are saying he's questionable and could play. We do not expect to see him out there on Sunday. Josh Downs (toe) is also questionable but fully expected to suit up.

Diontae Johnson, Carolina Panthers (Ankle)

Johnson is listed as questionable again this week as has been the case all season. He is not expected to miss any time.

Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers (Ankle)

Watson is questionable for Week 6 after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 4. He has a shot to play, but seems like a long shot.

Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders (Ankle)

Meyers is listed as questionable, however, is expected to play after getting in limited practices to finish the week. They will need him with Davante Adams seemingly gone forever in Vegas.

Khalil Shakir, Buffalo Bills (Ankle)

After sitting out Week 5, Shakir is yet to practice this week and is trending heavily towards not playing on Monday Night Football.

Tight Ends

Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars (Hamstring)

Engram got in a few limited practices this week and is finally looking like he's inching closer to a return after injuring himself in pregame warmups prior to Week 2. He's officially listed as questionable for Week 6, but looks to be slightly better than 50/50 for the game.

Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints (Ribs)

Hill has been ruled out with a rib injury and will miss another game this week.

Tyler Conklin, New York Jets (Hip)

Conklin is listed as questionable for Week 6 with a hip injury, but it sounds like he'll be out there on Monday night.

Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers (Groin)

Kraft is expected to play in Week 6 despite his questionable designation and should see more volume than usual for a while because Luke Musgrave has been placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
