Key Fantasy Football Injuries Heading into Week 11: Kirk Cousins, Isiah Pacheco, Michael Pittman Jr., Sam LaPorta and More
These are all the early-week injuries you'll need to keep an eye on for Week 11.
Quarterbacks
Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys (Hamstring)
Prescott's hamstring injury will require surgery and his season is over. Cooper Rush and Trey Lance are expected to battle it out for the starting job for the remainder of the season. This is terrible news for all the Dallas pass catchers.
Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (Shoulder)
Lawrence has already been ruled out for Week 11 and Mac Jones will get another start. Lawrence will hope to return following the team's Week 12 bye.
Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons (Shoulder/Elbow)
Cousins started off the week with a limited practice and his injuries are not considered significant.
Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings (Hand)
Darnold was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and his hand injury is not considered serious.
Running Backs
Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers (Achilles)
CMC survived his return without any setbacks and should be good to go for Week 11.
Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs (Leg)
Pacheco is not expected to make his return this week. Kareem Hunt will be the man in Kansas City for at least one more week.
Najee Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers (Ankle)
Harris was listed as a DNP to start the week. We still have a long way to go, but Jaylen Warren would see a huge boost if Harris can't go.
Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers (Quad)
Jacobs was limited in practice to start the week, but doesn't appear to be in any danger of missing time.
Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings (Ribs)
Jones was able to practice in a limited fashion on Wednesday after injuring his ribs in Week 10. He's on track to suit up.
Gus Edwards, Los Angeles Chargers (Ankle)
Edwards was limited to start the week, however, it seems like more of a maintenance day for the veteran, who returned from IR in Week 10.
Tank Bigsby, Jacksonville Jaguars (Ankle)
Bigsby was not able to practice to start the week after re-aggravating his ankle injury last Sunday. He is considered questionable for Week 11.
Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons (Quad)
Allgeier started off the week limited with a quad issue. He is expected to play, but if he can't go, then Bijan Robinson's value skyrockets.
Wide Receivers
Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (Wrist)
Hill sat out practice on Wednesday, which has been par for the course as he's been playing through a wrist injury.
Nico Collins, Houston Texans (Hamstring)
Collins will return to practice this week and has a good shot of returning to action after a stint on IR.
Brian Thomas Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars (Chest)
A lingering chest injury continues to limit Thomas. However, he was able to play through the injury last week, and as of now, we'd put him on the right side of questionable.
Drake London, Atlanta Falcons (Hip)
London is practicing in full this week and is expected to be good to go.
Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (Quad)
Higgins continues to be limited with a quad injury and his status is very much up in the air again this week.
DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (Knee)
Metcalf is back at practice and on track to return this week.
Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts (Back)
After sitting out Week 10, Pittman practiced in full to start the week, which is a great sign for his availability on Sunday.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kansas City Chiefs (Hamstring)
Smith-Schuster is expected to return to action this week.
Amari Cooper, Buffalo Bills (Wrist)
Much like last week when Cooper didn't suit up, he was limited to start the week. This is a situation that could go either way and must be monitored.
Davante Adams, New York Jets (Illness/Wrist)
Adams is dealing with a few ailments, but is expected to be ready to go by Sunday.
Tight Ends
George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers (Hamstring)
Kittle did not practice on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury and is questionable for Week 11. He often plays through various injuries, however, it's worth noting that he was a surprise inactive already one game this year because of a hamstring injury.
Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions (Shoulder)
LaPorta suffered an AC joint sprain in Week 10 and was held out of practice to start the week. He is considered day-to-day and could play in Week 11, but he is also in real danger of not being able to suit up. Brock Wright would be the next man up.
Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills (Knee)
Kincaid exited Week 10 with a knee injury and it caused him to miss practice on Wednesday as well. He looks to be truly questionable for Week 11. Dawson Knox will see an expanded role if Kincaid can't go.
Noah Fant, Seattle Seahawks (Groin)
As expected, Fant didn't practice to start the week and looks unlikely to return on Sunday. Rookie AJ Barner is expected to serve as the primary tight end in his absence.
Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (Foot)
Henry popped up on the injury with a foot injury on Wednesday. We know very little about this ailment as of now. It could be something or it may be nothing. We will monitor it throughout the week. Austin Hooper is the next man up for the Pats.
