These are all the top prop bets to help you win money on Saturday night when the Washington Commanders take on the Detroit Lions.

Prop #1: David Montgomery, Anytime TD Scorer (-155)

Scoring touchdowns is just what Montgomery does. Coming off of a serious knee injury, we don't expect him to see a ton of carries. We wouldn't be surprised if his final tally is closer to five than 10. However, we do still expect him to be utilized down by the end zone and even be rewarded for his toughness with a TD by a coach who loves toughness. Excluding the game he got injured in early on, he scored 12 TDs in 13 games this season. This player and this role in this offense is as safe a bet as any to score a TD each and every week.

Prop #2: Jared Goff, 250+ Passing Yards (-190)

Goff has been lighting it up through the air late in the year and is always especially dominant in his home dome. This is a game that we expect to be a bit of a shootout, which should lead to some gaudy passing numbers all around. Just to be safe we teased his passing yards down to 250 here to make it as close to a lock as we can get here. This is a mark that he hit in four of his final five games of the season and in six of his last eight. He was among the most prolific passers in the league in December and we expect that to be on full display on Saturday night against a mediocre Commanders' pass defense.

Prop #3: Jayden Daniels, Over 237.5 Passing Yards (-110)

On the other side of the field, we expect Daniels to have a monster game of his own. He could perhaps have an even bigger game because we expect Washington to be forced to play from behind for the majority of this game. Daniels will look to build off his impressive playoff debut last week in which the rookie passed for 268 yards. There is no doubt that he is capable of taking advantage of a battered Lions' defense this week as well. It's the perfect storm because we do expect the Lions to score and maintain a comfortable lead, but Daniels can still do enough to clear the over on this prop while in catch-up mode.

Prop #4: Jahmyr Gibbs, Over 83.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

There is no doubt that Gibbs is one of the best young running backs in the league, if not the best. As we mentioned earlier, we don't expect Montgomery to get a ton of work in this game. He'll likely be limited to short-yardage duty coming off of a major knee injury. That will leave the majority of the rushing work for Gibbs. Everything is lined up for him to blow by this target. The game script, matchup, and volume are all strongly in his favor. He has breezed by 100 yards on the ground in three straight games and we don't see that trend changing on Saturday.

Prop #5: Jahmyr Gibbs, Over 113.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-115)

This prop is simply building off the last one. As good as he is on the ground, he's just as good as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. Gibbs has topped 30 yards through the air in five straight games and that includes two games with 40+ receiving yards and one game with 83 receiving yards. Everything we said about his rushing prop applies here and this bet maybe even better because he is more than capable of having a monster game through the air, even if he unexpectedly were to struggle on the ground.

Prop #6: Terry McLaurin, Over 68.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

We have waited McLaurin's whole career to see what he could do with even a decent quarterback and we finally got to see it this season. All he did was perform like one of the best wideouts in the league. This is something we always knew was in him but he never got a real shot because of the quarterback woes in Washington. Now he's coming off an 89-yard performance last week and we expect him to have another great game this week as Daniels' top target and clear-cut WR1. Look for him to see plenty of targets and downfield shots flying in his direction.

Prop #7: Amon-Ra St. Brown, Over 6.5 Receptions (-120)

St. Brown is a reception machine. He once again topped 100 catches this season, grabbing 115 of the 141 targets thrown his way. At the very least, he will be given the opportunity to clear this line being that he has been targeted at least seven times in nine of his last 10 games. He matches up great against the Commanders' secondary and should be able to have his way with them. Goff will not be shy about looking his way like he always does.

Longshot Prop: Tim Patrick, 2+ TDs (+4000)

Patrick is a guy who gets looks down by the end zone and already has a two-TD game on his resume this season in December. This is certainly a prop that could miss, that's why it's a long shot. Nevertheless, over the final five weeks of the season, he saw 18 targets and scored three TDs. He becomes the WR2 down in the red zone while Jameson Williams is the WR2 from beyond the 20-yard line.
