Welcome to my weekly FAAB report article for Fantasy Football. Every week I am going to go over my favorite additions at the WR and TE positions in both shallower leagues and deeper leagues and tell you how much FAAB you should be spending and why.

Best Fantasy Football FAAB Pickups for Shallow Leagues (10 and 12 Teams)
Tank Dell FAAB Budget
There was a lot of talk in the preseason about the connection between rookie QB C.J. Stroud and rookie WR Tank Dell. Although he was quiet in Week 1, Dell has put on a show over the past two weeks. In Week 2 he caught seven passes for 72 yards and a TD, and he followed that up with five catches for 145 yards and a TD in Week 3. The Texans are likely to be playing from behind a lot this season and will be airing it out often, which adds value to Dell. 14-17% of your remaining budget seems to be the right number here.
Marvin Mims FAAB Budget
If he wasn’t picked up last week, than you and your league mates made a mistake. Mims is an exciting young rookie who has shown tremendous upside already in his young career. He had a really dynamic Week 3, catching three passes for 73 yards and adding a 99-yard kickoff return TD. You should look to spend 11-14% of your remaining budget on him.
Elijah Moore FAAB Budget
The new-look Browns offense without Nick Chubb looked very good in Week 3 against the Titans. Deshaun Watson had his best game as a member of the Browns and Elijah Moore was a beneficiary of it. He caught all nine of his targets for 49 yards, and those nine targets actually led the entire team. If you believe in Watson regaining his former glory, his number-two pass-catching option is someone you should roster. Spend 3-5% of your remaining budget.
Joshua Palmer FAAB Budget
Mike Williams left the Chargers' Week 3 win, and it was Palmer who stepped up in his absence. He scored the game-winning TD on a 30 yard pass from Justin Herbert and ended the day with four catches for 66 yards. Palmer is already someone rostered in deeper leagues, but after his Week 3 performance, and with Williams' injury keeping him out for the remainder of the season, it’s time to consider Palmer in all leagues. I’m willing to spend 8-12% of my remaining budget.
Luke Musgrave FAAB Budget
The Packers' offense was really quiet until late in this game, but Jordan Love and company were able to battle back for a big win. Musgrave played a big role for them, seeing eight targets and catching six passes for 49 yards. It was his best game of the season to date, and he should continue to improve as the season progresses. If he continues to develop, he could be a big player at a very shallow position, so I would take a chance on him for 5-9% of my remaining FAAB.
Best Fantasy Football FAAB Pickups for Deep Leagues (14 and 16 Teams)
Kalif Raymond FAAB Budget
Clearly no one in the Lions' passing game is going to compare to Amon-Ra St. Brown, but this Lions' offense is one of the better ones in the NFL, and there is room for another WR to do work and provide production. That guy appears to be Raymond right now, who has six catches for 101 yards and a TD over the past two weeks. The Lions play on TNF this week, and I always like offenses on a short week, so Raymond could be a nice flex play for you if you’re dealing with injuries as so many are right now. I would look to spend 4% of my remaining budget on Raymond this week.
Josh Downs FAAB Budget
Coming into this season, there was no true number two pass-catching option behind Michael Pittman in this offense. Downs has been given the opportunities to perform, and he has improved each week. In the Colts' Week 3 win over the Ravens, Downs was solid; he saw 12 targets, catching eight passes for 57 yards. If you play in PPR formats, 6-8% of your remaining FAAB feels right here.
Donald Parham FAAB Budget
Parham may not get a ton of volume in the passing game, but he seems to be a big red zone target for QB Justin Herbert. In your deeper leagues, TEs who aren’t the top handful of guys can be volatile from week to week, so having a guy like Parham who can find the end zone could be helpful to you. Still, I wouldn’t spend more than 3-4% of my remaining FAAB on him unless you’ve got no production from the TE position through the first few weeks.
