Jacob Gonzalez has hit a rookie wall, going hitless over his last five games for a competitive White Sox team locked in a tight AL Central division race. While he serves as Chicago's everyday first baseman during Munetaka Murakami’s injury absence, his active batting average has plummeted to .195 over 14 career games.
