Top Hitters

San Diego Padres’ Manny Machado, Minnesota Twins’ Carlos Correa, Los Angeles Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani, Miami Marlins’ Jesus Sanchez, Milwaukee Brewers’ Joey Ortiz, Colorado Rockies’ Michael Toglia and Chicago White Sox’s Andrew Vaughn all had three hits on Thursday.

Machado singled three times for his hits, and did not record any other stats.

Correa had two singles and a home run. He drove in a run, scored once, walked twice and struck out once.

Ohtani had two singles and a double. He drove in a run and scored once.

Sanchez had three singles on the day. He also walked, stole a base and struck out twice.

Ortiz had a single, double and triple. He drove in a run, scored once, stole a base and added a sacrifice flyout.

Toglia had two singles and a double on the day. He drove in two runs and also walked once.

Vaughn singled three times. He drove in two runs, scored once and was also hit by a pitch.

Colorado’s Charlie Blackmon and Miami’s Xavier Edwards scored three runs each.

Blackmon hit a home run, walked once and also had a sac fly. He drove in three runs as well.

Edwards had a single and double, along with three walks. He drove in a run, stole a base and struck out once.

New York Yankees’ Giancarlo Stanton drove in four runs on a double and home run. He scored twice and was a strikeout victim two times.

Washington Nationals’ Luis Garcia Jr. drove in three runs on a home run. He scored one run.

Minnesota’s Carlos Santana had two walks and a single. He scored a run and struck out once.

Yankees’ Aaron Judge walked twice and homered. He drove in two runs, scored twice and struck out once.

White Sox’s Luis Robert Jr. had a single and two walks. He went on to score once and also struck out twice.

Detroit Tigers’ Matt Vierling had a single and two walks as well. He scored two runs and struck out once.

Los Angeles Angels’ Eric Wagaman singled, walked twice and struck out once.

Pittsburgh Pirates’ Nick Gonzales singled, doubled and walked two times. He scored one run.

Minnesota’s Brooks Lee had a double and a pair of walks. He drove in two runs as well.

Texas Rangers’ Wyatt Langford delivered a single and walked twice. He scored a run and stole a base.

Dodgers’ Mookie Bettshad two singles and a walk. He drove in two runs too.

Colorado’s Ryan McMahon singled, doubled and walked on Thursday. He drove in a run, scored twice and struck out once.

Oakland Athletics’ Brent Rooker had two singles and a walk. He also struck out once.

Milwaukee’s Blake Perkins had a single, double and walk on the day. He drove in a run, scored once and was a strikeout victim.

White Sox’s Zach DeLoach had two doubles and a walk. He drove in a run and scored once.

Oakland’s Jacob Wilson had two singles and a walk. He went on to score two runs.

San Diego's Xander Bogaerts delivered a single, double and sac fly. He drove in a run as well.

Miami’s Jonah Bride had a single, double and sac fly too. He drove in a run and struck out twice.

Colorado’s Jake Cave had a double, triple and sacrifice on Thursday. He scored two runs.

Top Starting Pitchers

Yankees’ Gerrit Cole earned a win after working 6 2/3 scoreless innings. He allowed two hits and one walk, while striking out five.

White Sox’s Chris Flexen got a win after working 6 1/3 scoreless frames. He gave up five hits and one walk, while punching out seven.

Milwaukee’s Aaron Civale struck out five over six scoreless. He allowed three hits and one walk.

Tampa Bay Rays’ Tyler Alexander took a no decision after pitching five scoreless innings. He gave up four hits, while striking out six and walking none.

Baltimore Orioles’ Corbin Burnes took a tough loss after working five innings. He allowed a run on two hits and one walk, while punching out nine.

Dodgers’ Walker Buehler took a no decision after working five strong innings. He gave up a run on five hits and one walk, while striking out one.

Miami’s Valente Bellozo took a no decision after tossing five frames. He allowed a run on six hits and one walk, while striking out a pair.

San Diego’s Joe Musgrove allowed two runs on five hits and a walk, while striking out six over 6 1/3 innings. He left without a decision.

Oakland’s J.T. Ginn earned a win after pitching 5 1/3 innings. He gave up two runs on five hits and two walks, while striking out two.

Top Relief Pitchers

Milwaukee’s Devin Williams, Kansas City Royals’ Lucas Erceg, Detroit’s Jason Foley, Miami’s Darren McCaughan, Oakland’s Mason Miller and Colorado’s Seth Halvorsen all earned a save on Thursday.

Williams allowed a hit in a scoreless inning of work. He struck out one batter.

Erceg worked a 1-2-3 inning, with a strikeout mixed in.

Foley struck out two in his perfect inning of work.

McCaughan allowed an unearned run in his inning despite not allowing a hit or walk. He also did not record a strikeout.

Miller got the final four outs to get his save. He struck out a pair and did not allow a hit or walk.

Halvorsen gave up a hit in his scoreless inning. He struck out one along the way.

Texas’ Jack Leiter tossed 3 1/3 scoreless innings, working around two hits and three walks. He struck out one batter.

Angels’ Kenny Rosenberg tossed three scoreless frames out of the bullpen. He gave up four hits, while striking out four and walking none.

Minnesota’s Jhoan Duran worked two scoreless innings, striking out four along the way. He worked around a hit and a walk.

St. Louis Cardinals’ Steven Matz tossed two scoreless innings. He allowed two hits, while striking out one and walking none.

Miami’s Anthony Maldonado also worked two scoreless frames. He allowed a hit and walked two batters intentionally. Maldonado did not record a strikeout but picked up the win.

Detroit’s Beau Brieske also got a win after working two scoreless innings. He didn’t record a strikeout, but also didn’t allow a hit or a walk.

White Sox’s Jairo Iriarte worked two scoreless frames. He allowed a hit and a walk, while striking out two.

Kansas City’s Kris Bubic worked around a hit in a scoreless inning and got the win. He struck out two batters.
