Rangers 1, Reds 0
Jack Leiter moved to 2-0 after working five scoreless frames for Texas. He allowed just one hit, while striking out six and walking none. Leiter left the start after 70 pitches because of a blister.
Jacob Webb, Robert Garcia and Chris Martin earned holds before Luke Jackson locked up his third save of the season. Garcia had two punchouts and earned his third hold.
Hunter Greene took the tough loss after striking out eight batters over seven innings. He gave up a run on three hits and one walk.
Brewers 3, Royals 2 (11 inn.)
Freddy Peralta struck out eight over eight strong innings for Milwaukee. He allowed a run on two hits and no walks.
Jared Koenig eventually earned the win after working a scoreless 11th inning.
Cole Ragans started for Kansas City, striking out 10 over just five innings. He allowed a run on five hits and two walks.
Carlos Estevez was charged with a blown save in the 10th, before Sam Long took the loss after allowing an unearned run in the 11th.
Pirates 4, Rays 2
Paul Skenes got his first win after striking out six over seven innings. He allowed an unearned run on three hits and no walks.
Colin Holderman allowed a run, but got a hold. Ryan Borucki earned his third hold before Dennis Santana picked up his first save.
Ryan Pepiot worked five innings for the Rays. He took the loss after allowing two runs on five hits and three walks. Pepiot struck out three batters.
Cardinals 12, Angels 5
Sonny Gray started for St. Louis, striking out nine over six innings. He gave up five runs on five hits and no walks and left with a no decision.
JoJo Romero pitched 1 1/3 innings to end the game for the Cardinals and picked up the win after St. Louis scored seven runs in the bottom of the eighth.
Yusei Kikuchi allowed three runs on four hits and five walks over six innings for LA. He struck out six batters.
Ian Anderson was charged with the blown save and loss after giving up five runs (four earned) in one-plus innings.
Twins 6, White Sox 1
Pablo Lopez got his first win after working seven strong innings for the Twins. He gave up a run on four hits and one walk, while striking out five.
Sean Burke took his first loss after getting rocked for six runs on seven hits over 4 1/3 innings. He didn't walk a batter, but only had one strikeout.
Blue Jays 4, Nationals 2
Easton Lucas earned a win for Toronto after tossing five scoreless frames. He gave up a hit and two walks, while striking out three.
Brendon Little, Chad Green and Yimi Garcia all earned holds before Jeff Hoffman got the save. Little has three holds this season, while Hoffman, who allowed a run in the ninth, got his third save.
MacKenzie Gore took his first loss after allowing three runs on nine hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out five batters.
Cubs 10, Athletics 2
Jameson Taillon picked up his first win after striking out seven over six innings. He gave up two runs on four hits and three walks.
Jeffrey Springs allowed five runs (four earned) on five hits and four walks over three innings. He took his first loss and struck out three along the way.
Giants 6, Astros 3
Landen Roupp worked the first four innings for San Fran. He allowed three runs on four hits and four walks, but also struck out eight batters.
Randy Rodriguez worked the next inning and got the win. Hayden Birdsong tossed two scoreless for a hold before Tyler Rogers worked an inning to claim his third hold. Camilo Doval worked a scoreless ninth to pick up his second save.
Framber Valdez took his first loss after allowing five runs on four hits and four walks over five frames. He did still strike out nine batters.
Padres 5, Guardians 2
Dylan Cease picked up his first win after working 6 1/3 innings. He allowed a run on four hits and a walk, while punching out seven.
Wandy Peralta earned a hold. Robert Suarez later earned his third save after a 1-2-3 ninth inning.
Ben Lively lost his first game after working just 4 1/3 innings for Cleveland. He surrendered four runs on seven hits and two walks, while striking out four.
Mariners 3, Tigers 2
Luis Castillo outdueled Tarik Skubal in this contest. Castillo allowed two runs on five hits and two walks over seven innings. He earned his first win and struck out five along the way.
Gabe Speier earned a hold before Andres Munoz got his third save. Munoz worked around a hit and two walks.
Skubal fell to 0-2 after allowing three runs on six hits and three walks over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out eight along the way.
Mets 6, Marlins 5 (11 inn.)
Clay Holmes started for New York, striking out six over 4 2/3 innings. He allowed two runs (one earned) on six hits and two walks.
Jose Butto later earned the win after tossing two scoreless innings. Danny Young picked up a hold before Huascar Brazoban got the final two outs to claim his first save.
Connor Gillispie struck out six over five solid innings for Miami. He allowed a run on four hits and no walks.
Anthony Veneziano and Lake Bachar earned holds before Calvin Faucher was charged with a blown save. Xzavion Curry later took the loss after allowing two unearned runs in the 11th.

Zack Wheeler earned his first win after striking out 10 over seven strong innings. He surrendered a run on three hits and no walks.
Matt Strahm earned a hold before Philly added insurance runs.
Kyle Freeland worked the first 6 2/3 innings for Colorado. He allowed three runs on nine hits and no walks, while striking out three.
