Guardians 10, Orioles 8
Logan Allen started for Cleveland but allowed six runs on nine hits and a walk over three innings. He struck out five batters.
Pedro Avila pitched next and got the win after striking out three over 2 1/3 scoreless innings. Cade Smith, Scott Barlow and Sam Hentges all earned holds before Emmanuel Clase earned his 25th save of the season.
Cole Irvin started and took the loss for Baltimore. He allowed eight runs (four earned) on 10 hits over four innings, while striking out one and walking none.

Ranger Suarez took the loss - his second of the season - after allowing four runs on nine hits over six innings. He struck out four, walked none and still has a strong 2.01 ERA this season.
Rays 11, Mariners 3
Zack Littell started and worked the first five innings for Tampa Bay. He allowed two runs on four hits and a walk, while striking out six.
Garrett Cleavinger pitched next and got the win, his fifth of the season.
Luis Castillo took the loss to drop to 6-9. He gave up four runs on five hits and four walks over 5 1/3 innings. Castillo struck out four batters.
Blue Jays 9, Red Sox 4
Kevin Gausman improved to 6-6 after working the first six innings for Toronto. He surrendered four runs (three earned) on five hits and a walk, while striking out five.
Brayan Bello fell to 7-5 after allowing seven runs on five hits and three walks over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out two batters.
Pirates 9, Reds 5
Mitch Keller improved to 9-4 after striking out six batters over 5 2/3 innings. He allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits and three walks. His ERA is now 3.20.
Hunter Greene took the loss and fell to 5-3 on the season. He gave up six runs on seven hits and two walks, while striking out five.
Mets 9, Yankees 7
David Peterson started for the Mets, allowing a run on three hits and five walks over 4 1/3 innings. He struck out eight batters.
Dedniel Nunez pitched the next 2 2/3 innings and got the win.
Gerrit Cole was the losing pitcher after allowing six runs on seven hits and four walks over four innings. Cole did not record a strikeout.
Dodgers 4, White Sox 3
Bobby Miller started but needed 60 pitches to get through just two innings for Los Angeles. He allowed three runs on four hits and three walks, while striking out one.
Michael Petersen worked two scoreless innings to get the win. Yohan Ramirez, Anthony Banda, Blake Treinen and Daniel Hudson all earned holds before Evan Phillips picked up his 13th save of the season.
Chris Flexen took the loss after allowing four runs on six hits and three walks over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out three batters along the way.
Astros 5, Rockies 2
Hunter Brown struck out seven over six scoreless innings and improved to 5-5 after getting the win. He surrendered two hits and three walks.
Ryan Pressly was credited with a save out of the Houston bullpen.
Austin Gomber took the loss for Colorado, giving up five runs on eight hits over 5 1/3 innings. He struck out four and walked none.
Marlins 2, Royals 1
Yonny Chirinos allowed a run on three hits and three walks over five innings in his start for Miami. He struck out five and has a 2.70 ERA through two starts.
A.J. Puk earned his second win after getting the next four outs for the Marlins. Huascar Brazoban and Calvin Faucher picked up holds before Tanner Scott earned his 10th save.
Seth Lugo started and struck out eight over six scoreless innings for Kansas City. He allowed two hits and two walks and lowered his ERA to 2.29.
Carlos Hernandez pitched next and was charged with a blown save and loss after allowing two runs (one earned).
Brewers 3, Rangers 1
Bryse Wilson was the bulk reliever for Milwaukee. He earned the win after striking out four and tossing six scoreless innings. He allowed three hits and no walks.
Elvis Peguero earned his second save of the season with a scoreless ninth inning.
Andrew Heaney took the loss after allowing two runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out four batters along the way.
Angels 7, Athletics 5
Tyler Anderson improved to 7-7 after working the first five innings for Los Angeles. He allowed three runs on five hits and five walks, while striking out a pair.
Hunter Strickland, Luis Garcia and Ben Joyce all earned holds before Carlos Estevez claimed his 15th save of the season.
Mitch Spence took the loss and fell to 4-4 this season. He gave up six runs on eight hits and a walk over 5 1/3 innings, while striking out six batters.

MacKenzie Gore took the loss, giving up five runs on five hits and three walks over five frames. He struck out a batter.

Randy Rodriguez got the first eight outs for San Francisco. He allowed a run on a hit and two walks, while striking out five.
Taylor Rogers and Ryan Walker picked up holds, while Tyler Rogers was deemed the winning pitcher.
Kyle Hendricks took the loss and fell to 1-5 on the season. He allowed two runs on five hits and a walk over seven innings, while striking out four batters.
