Top Hitters

Boston Red Sox’s Jarren Duran and Detroit Tigers’ Spencer Torkelson each had four hits.

Duran had two singles, a double and a home run. He drove in two runs, scored three times and walked once.

Torkelson hit three singles and a double. He scored a run as well.

Milwaukee Brewers’ William Contreras, Cleveland Guardians’ Brayan Rocchio and Kansas City Royals’ Bobby Witt Jr. all delivered three hits.

Contreras hit two singles and a double. He drove in a run as well.

Rocchio had two singles and a home run for Cleveland. He drove in a run, scored once, walked once and also stole a base.

Witt had two doubles and a single on the night. He drove in one, scored twice and struck out once.

Toronto Blue Jays’ George Springer popped two home runs. He drove in three runs, scored twice and struck out once.

New York Mets’ J.D. Martinez, San Diego Padres’ Jurickson Profar, Baltimore Orioles’ James McCann, Seattle Mariners’ Jorge Polanco, New York Yankees’ Aaron Judge, Boston’s Triston Casas, Cleveland’s David Fry and Kansas City’s Vinnie Pasquantino all drove in three runs.

Martinez had one hit, but it was a home run. He scored once and also was a strikeout victim.

Profar also finished with just a home run. He scored once and struck out three times.

McCann homered for his lone hit. He scored once and also had a sacrifice fly.

Polanco singled and doubled for his two knocks. He also walked and struck out once.

Judge had a double and a homer on the night. He scored once and also drew a walk.

Casas had a home run and single for Boston. He scored once, walked twice and struck out one time.

Fry tripled for his lone hit. He scored a run and walked once.

Pasquantino hit a single and double to drive in his three runs. He also walked and scored once.

Cleveland’s Andres Gimenez and Steven Kwan and Los Angeles Angels Nolan Schanuel all walked three times on Tuesday.

Gimenez stole a base and struck out twice over his seven plate appearances. Kwan stole a base, scored a run and struck out once in his seven plate appearances.

Schanuel hit a double to go along with his walks. He scored twice and struck out once.

Cleveland’s Daniel Schneemann had two hits and two walks on the night. He singled for both knocks, drove in a run and scored once.

Los Angeles Dodgers’ Max Muncy hit a home run and walked twice. He drove in a run and scored two times.

Baltimore’s Gunnar Henderson had a single and two walks on the night. He drove in a run and scored twice.

Angels’ Anthony Rendon had a single and two walks. He drove in two runs, had a sacrifice fly and also scored a run.

San Francisco Giants’ Heliot Ramos also had a single and a pair of walks on Tuesday. He drove in two runs, scored once and was a strikeout victim.

Houston Astros’ Jose Altuve and New York Yankees’ Anthony Volpe each stole two bases.

Altuve had a single and a run scored as well. 

Volpe had a single, double and walk on the night. He drove in a run as well.

Atlanta Braves’ Whit Merrifield had two hits and a walk. He doubled and tripled for his knocks, scored a run and also struck out once.

Washington Nationals’ Luis Garcia Jr. delivered two hits and also walked once. He had a single and double on the night.

Pittsburgh Pirates’ Oneil Cruz had a single, triple and walk on the night. He drove in a run and also stole a base.

Minnesota Twins’ Austin Martin had two singles and a walk.

Toronto’s Joey Loperfido had a single, triple and walk. He also scored two runs.

Minnesota’s Ryan Jeffers hit a single and a home run. He drove in two runs and scored once.

Arizona Diamondbacks’ Corbin Carroll had a single and a homer and scored twice. He drove in a run and also struck out once.

Toronto’s Leo Jimenez also singled and homered in his game. He drove in two runs, scored a run and struck out once.

Angels’ Zach Neto singled and homered and went on to score two runs. He also drove in a run, walked once and was a strikeout victim.

Top Starting Pitchers

Tampa Bay Rays’ Shane Baz tied for the longest start of the night, going 7 2/3 innings. He got the win after not allowing a run on three hits and three walks. Baz struck out four batters.

Oakland Athletics’ Joey Estes also worked 7 2/3 innings, but took the loss. He allowed a run on three hits and a walk, while striking out five.

Milwaukee’s Frankie Montas allowed just one hit and walk over seven scoreless innings. He struck out three along the way.

Pittsburgh’s Mitch Keller got a win after tossing seven scoreless innings as well. He allowed three hits, while striking out nine and walking none.

Colorado Rockies’ Austin Gomber got a victory after allowing a run on three hits and two walks over seven frames. He struck out five batters.

San Francisco’s Robbie Ray also was a winner after working 6 2/3 innings. He allowed a run on three hits and a hit batter. Ray struck out nine and walked none.

Baltimore’s Dean Kremer worked six strong innings and got a win. He allowed a run on two hits and three walks, while striking out seven.

Chicago Cubs’ Javier Assad was a winner after tossing 5 2/3 innings. He gave up a run on six hits and a walk, while striking out seven.

Arizona’s Eduardo Rodriguez allowed a run on six hits and a walk over 5 1/3 innings on his way to a win. He struck out five batters.

Atlanta’s Reynaldo Lopez didn’t earn a decision despite allowing just one run over five frames. He gave up five hits and one walk, while punching out 10.

Philadelphia Phillies’ Zack Wheeler struck out eight over six innings, but took the loss. He gave up two runs on six hits and no walks.

Texas Rangers’ Cody Bradford also struck out eight and was dealt a loss. He allowed three runs on five hits and no walks over seven innings.

Top Relievers

Boston’s Kenley Jansen, Dodgers’ Daniel Hudson, Milwaukee’s Devin Williams, Atlanta’s Raisel Iglesias, San Francisco’s Ryan Walker, Tampa Bay’s Edwin Uceta, Arizona’s Justin Martinez, Chicago’s Porter Hodge, Colorado’s Angel Chivilli and San Diego’s Robert Suarez all earned saves on the night.

Jansen retired the three batters he faced to record his save.

Hudson allowed a hit, but still faced the minimum in his inning of work.

Williams worked around two hits and an intentional walk to post his scoreless inning. He struck out three batters along the way.

Iglesias got the three batters out that he faced on the night.

Walker also had a 1-2-3 ninth inning, striking out all three batters.

Uceta got four outs for his save. He struck out one batter.

Martinez faced the minimum in his inning of work, striking out one.

Hodge worked around a hit in his frame of work. He struck out two batters.

Chivilli gave up a hit and a walk, but got a strikeout on his way to a scoreless frame.

Suarez retired the three batters he faced, striking out one of them.
