Blue Jays 8, Orioles 4 (Game 1)
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit a solo homer for Toronto. He had four hits, three RBIs, a walk and two runs scored in total.

Josh Naylor had two hits, an RBI and two runs scored for the Guardians.

Aaron Judge hit two bombs (a two-run shot and solo blast) for New York. Jazz Chisholm Jr. also homered twice (a two-run bomb and solo homer). Ben Rice hit another solo shot and Anthony Volpe cracked a two-run homer.

Michael A. Taylor hit a go-ahead three-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to help Pittsburgh prevail. Yasmani Grandal hit a solo shot earlier in the contest. Taylor added a second hit and also stole a base in the contest.

Jose Altuve and Yordan Alvarez each had two knocks, a walk and an RBI for Houston. Victor Caratini had two hits, was plunked by a pitch and also walked, while Jon Singleton had a hit, walk and run scored.

Willy Adames hit a three-run homer for Milwaukee. Jackson Chourio belted a two-run bomb, while Rhys Hoskins added a solo blast. Adames had three total hits and two runs scored, Chourio added a second hit and Hoskins drove in another run.
